It was a last minute solution that wasn’t stupid expensive like the rest of the beach. Pro: parking arranged on the property. Con: very tight space shared with very large cars. Pro: perfect location for my business needs Con: Miami Beach - you either love it or hate it and I only go because business demands it. I detest the place. The AC wasn’t cooling the room, which was surprising considering how small it is. When I talked to the maintenance guy about it he tried to tell me that it’s because I take a warm shower with the bathroom door open.🙄 The AC either works properly or it doesn’t. It finally got sorted out after 3 days. The pillows were like rocks which caused significant neck pain. I had to buy a couple pillows at the local Target. Investing in some new pillows is a small and inexpensive way to care for guests. Do it. This place is absolutely zero frills so if you’re looking for a place to rest your head after a long day at work and nothing else, this works.

I really enjoyed my stay! The property offers breakfast every morning, which was a great start to the day. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to South Beach. I didn’t need to use Uber or Lyft until it was time to leave. Every staff member I interacted with was accommodating and welcoming, providing exceptional customer service—except for one, who unfortunately matched the description of the rude staff member mentioned in several other reviews. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean but quite costly rooms were small however service was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was homeade and plentiful. Quality ingredients and delicious. The staff made you feel at home. Receptionist was extremely kind

Lovely B&B in South Beach

We loved this cute B&B. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It's only a short walk away from Ocean Drive and the beach. The room was well maintained and very clean. And the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Good value overall, only parking can be a little hectic. Room is a little small, but is clean. The main concern is the bathroom where the tiles have a lot of brownish substance. Water is not very hot. Breakfast is good.

This is a really quaint place to stay. Walking distance to anything. We were there for one night pre-cruise and it was perfect. Breakfast was exactly what we needed to get our day going! Thank you for the great hospitality! Carlos is great to talk with.

The first room we got was small and the lock wasn’t working. We had to sleep unlocked for the night until the staff arrived in the morning.. Finally around 11 am next day we got another room. Breakfast was good freshly made from the menu options provided. No staff available (even on call) during the night. They seriously need to consider changing the locks..we almost got locked out of the building (back door) in the night with our kid inside and no phones… we were scared to death as there was no one to call or open the door for us. Luckily the door opened after a few code entry attempts. It was our first time in a bnb kind of hotel and its not for us.. we had to walk like teenagers sneaking around when we came back from key west around mid night because of the quiet time not to disturb the other rooms.

Although slightly on the small side the room were clean, tidy and modern. As the property is basically a converted large house we expected to hear a lot of noise from other rooms and communal area but it was in fact very quiet. Set in a quiet residential area there is ample free roadside parking and very conveniently situated for the beach and ocean drive. The free cooked to order breakfast was really good. All the staff very friendly and helpful.

Unique

The only negative thing I can say is having the to park in a garage a block away & pay for said parking. However, the location is great if you plan on staying for a few days (or more) because there is a lot of cool things to do in walking distance. I was just there to sleep for one night because I was coming from TN & boarding a cruise the next morning. Breakfast is included & made to order. The customers service was exceptional. I will keep them in mind for any future trips to Miami. Affordable price for a lovely stay.

The hotel was very clean all around, breakfast self service ok and bed comfy and fresh. I didn’t like the general appearance though. It had more of a sports centre feel and ambiance rather than a hotel. Quite bare and awful loud op-art kind of decor, not comfy as are others around the area where I would book in the future. Never mind.
