Should have stayed longer!

I wish there were more stars to award! Clean, charming, stylish and reasonably priced. Nice location…easy walk to Ocean Ave but far enough from the partying chaos. Made to order breakfast was terrific. Should have stayed longer.

Perfect for a night before our cruise, Gosia, the host was beyong friendly and helpful! She welcomed us and even offered us choices of wine. Its a 10 min walk to the beach and ocean drive where there is a ton of food, nightlife and vendors! I would definitely stay here again! ( the shower and robes were divine)

We stayed for 1 night. The people managing the property advertize a happy hour 6=7 but in reality pushed us to check in remotely and noone was there at this time. Room was small and bathroom unclean and in need of a refresh. Breakfast the man in charge wouldnt let us use one of the 3 table inside as apparently thats reserved for him. Instead, sending us outside with several others in spite of the rain.

I did not like the homeless people about the property, no parking for a few blocks, (past the homeless) The hotel was clean and modern.

It's a good property to stay, however the room we stayed in was very cozy - can be a struggle if you've big suitcases. The biggest plus was delicious breakfast every morning and parking on premise (max 2 cars). We did self check-in which wasn't an issue - instructions received via Expedia were very clear.

This can be a good place *if* your sleep and in-out schedule matches. There could be noise or lack of access to luggage at certain times . If your room is in the main house, the doors and walls are thin and adjacent to the kitchen and living room area. In the daytime hours, there was some noise from people talking among other things. Nighttime was peaceful. If you are coming in with jetlag and need to rest between 7 am and 10 pm, this might not be your best bet. Otherwise, the place was quiet at night and also on a quiet street. The staff is friendly and helpful, and we were initially glad to find a staffed place. But you may not be able to access luggage if staff leave earlier rather than later. (Two staff there until . . . late afternoon-evening-ish. . . depending. . . ). The backyard area with breakfast table is a stylish and soothing little oasis, and the house is beautifully remodeled and decorated. The location is also convenient to wherever you need to go in South Beach.
