Old painting wall need to be renew paint, ants run around room. Air conditioning not cold enough but they had fixed it after I’ve addressed it to the owner. Need summer blankets, we stayed 2 nights . Second night, they didn’t changed towels , not cleaned the room…the air not smell fresh.

Bad customer service.
I am really disappointed. We did not get the code 24 hours before our trip. Had to rent another hotel missed out on the first night. Spent extra 300. No communication. Could not get a hold anyone. Still can’t get ahold of anyone. Bad bad service. I want to be refunded for the first night. Only right!

My experience was terrible as soon as you walk in a hole in the wall from the door being slammed so many times against it and when you walk in the house, it smells like mildew also mold in the bathroom in the ceiling and mold in the bedroom on the AC

The entrance stairs needed to be refinished and the bedding and pillows/pillow cases were dirty. It was convenient,close to everything, nice and quiet neighborhood.

Very good, nice spacious apartment. It actually had everything what we need it. Parking for our car was always available. We fully recommended the place. We came without kids, but great place to come with the kids as well... Quiet place, only heard the neighbours(especially the kids running on the floor) but nothing major.

I loved this apartment! Very clean, comfortable and modern, and it has everything you may need. The location is perfect, you can walk to the beach and Bal Harbor shops. Staff was very friendly and we could check in earlier.

Love the area. Its next to all the Jewish shopping and shulls. The only thing i would change is the matrass. Other then that all was very good. Clean and safe area. Would definitely recommend 👌 👍 💯
