Its worth for the price paid

Was ok for the price i paid. If ur looking for something more luxurious then this place is not for you. Its pretty spacious comparing to an hotel but its an old building. There is new furniture to make it look nicer. The pictures online are a bit deceiving. Good manager who wants to help with anything.

Don’t stay here. We checked in and immediately saw that the shower head was running even though it was turned off. I called the property manager who was not surprised and said a plumber will be coming the next day. That was the last time he responded to me. 20 minutes later I texted him that we will not be staying at this unit and asked that he finds a different one, for various issues: Mold in the bathroom and bedroom. Cracks in the floors. Heavy closet door was off track and almost fell on my kids. Toilet paper was wet (dripping water). Noise from neighbouring units (you could hear everything). There was no response. I contacted Expedia and they were also not able to contact the owner. About 2 hours after checking in we left the unit and did not even spend one night there. The next morning, the property owner told Expedia that we did stay there and that he offered us a different unit - so he is not refunding anything. As I said, he was not responding at all so this is plain false. Thankfully, Expedia, after seeing the pictures, did refund us. Don’t do the same mistake we did. Read the reviews and don’t stay here.

Location of this property is great but don’t recommend if you are a light sleeper. Spent 3 nights unable to sleep due to the upstairs neighbors running around from 2am to 8am. There’s also no curtains in the rooms to block out the light. Also want mention that the state of the apartment is not great. Floors are all cracked and coming up. The bed in the master bedroom squeaks every time you move.

The property is hard to find using GPS had to use Google to find a picture to find location. Overall the property was clean but we ran into issues such as no hot water the whole weekend we found a couple bed bugs in one of the rooms. There was a sewer smell and the toilet kept clogging. Noisy neighbors all hours of the night and we traveled with young children. We reached out to let the property owners know what was going and to ask where should we throw full trash bags away but we got no response.
