Two items needed to improve rating

It’s a budget hotel, great location. I would stay again and would have given a better rating if they didn’t advertise as having a bathtub. Yes, they do have, but they don’t let you use it, so they should advertise as “no bathtub”. Also, when you store your luggage, it would be so simple to give a paper that proves you let your luggage with them. They don’t give you anything, and if you inquire about, they say: if you don’t like it, take it with you. If they fix those 2 items, I would give them an extra star next time.

Disappointing! Property condition was terrible, building, lobby, hallway, and rooms falling apart! Even windows in the room , they need to replace them. Even sofa says pls donate me to Goodwill! It’s in that bad shape Goodwill may not accept it! Seriously, $300 a night, they can fix the hotel. On the other hand it’s close to the beach and restaurants. Room was clean also. Don’t stay in South beach .

This is the fake classy place someone can call themselves. The sink was outside the bathroom, small tiny place for the money you pay. Closet, super tiny, inside the closet a cabinet you cannot open or place anything. Customer service terrible except few people you can differentiate the willing to help. Front dest un-helpful when you get to guide you through the room you have booked as there are three different buildings and you have no idea of the place, not even the slightest offer to come and show you the place, but you have to wonder a few times before finding your room. I have never had this experience before and I was completely disappointed.

Overall it is a great location across from the beach. Close to shopping and restaurant's, etc. But there is a late night bar that was just outside our window, people were very loud. Also, staff are not personable, on their phones, talking to eachother and ignored us until I interupted. We were happy with the room, but updates would be nice and the curtains are hung too low and light from the streets shines in all night.

Sadly underwhelming from description online. The free WiFi is a public service - not provided by the hotel and not secure. Parking is a paid for valet service - unsure if this is owned by the hotel as the staff didn’t make it clear? We weren’t given important information regarding the shower operation - complicated and not intuitive to use, resulting in having to go down to reception late at night after 24 hours travelling. Sink is cracked. Hotel has a noisy bar underneath and no sound proofing. Great location but this doesn’t make up for the poor facilities.

Very cute, vintage hotel. Clean, friendly staff, nice location. Beds are hard, little run down, but HOT water, clean room, cool a/c can’t be beat.

$25 resort fee for something, Not sure why, guess they gotta pay the security guy?? Valet, didn’t ask my name gave me a tag. Was hoping I still had a car at check, which he couldn’t find the key for the car in front of me so he just backed my car into the bushes 5 times to get it out. No where but a pile to check luggage, no care or tags given there either. Walls paper thin. Better options for that price

Loud cleaning crew - slamming doors, speaking loudly to each other in hallways. Also they should have a more secure area to store luggage. And use tags to store luggage, so anyone can’t have access. Right now, anyone can just grab whatever bags they want to take. Not very secure.
