The worst hotel

This was my first time staying at a hotel where I genuinely felt like my money was stolen. I do not recommend it. There were no basic amenities like an iron or hairdryer. We were four people in the room, but they only provided three towels. When we requested an extra towel, we were told they couldn’t provide one. In the morning, we asked for toilet paper and were initially refused. Additionally, the front desk is not located in the main building—a detail that was not mentioned on the website. You have to check in at a separate location and then drive to your room. If you care about your money and want a comfortable, respectful stay—do not book this hotel.

Our room was very clean, very updated, quiet. We had room 608. A lot of people don’t read that yes you check in at one location… and can be placed at 3 locations of the apt style buildings. I knew this prior and got reminded with a confirmation email :). Ubering is very easy and quick in Miami! I enjoyed it

Didn't like that our room was right next to the entrance every time the door closes it's extremely loud and woke us up The actual stay and room was great besides the inconvenience of parking and being the first room in the breezeway

My husband and I have stayed in this group of hotels several times now. This particular location (they have several) is in a mostly residential neighborhood so it’s pretty quiet but not a lot of food options close by. However, the trolley stops across the street. It has a kitchen but it’s hit or miss on supplies if you plan on cooking. We had to buy a pan at the Publix. Parking can be difficult but we used the beach parking close by. Just pay attention to metered hours because they do check. There isn’t a pool at this location but you can use the other pools that are about 10-15 minute walk. Overall it’s a good budget hotel in a central location. Just be aware that you must check in at a different location about 5 blocks away. We had to help direct several people trying to check in while we were hanging out on the patio. And plan on reusing your towels because cleaning service doesn’t come every day.

Poor stay at beach side all suites hotel

The hotel bed was poorly held together and buckled under weight because hidden 2 x4s were propping the bed frame up (these were not apart of the original frame of the bed, it was a patch job) we asked the hotel for a new accommodation and they said the room could not be switched that day as they were fully booked all weekend. Opted to stay at a different hotel and checked out of beachside - no refund was given. Highly unsatisfied. Will not be returning. Do not recommend.
Slats were not secured on bed
2 by 4s that were holding up the under frame of the bed. But were not secured to the frame making it very unsafe to sleep on.

We stayed here with our kids, and it was a great choice! The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for our family. The hotel’s proximity to the Miami Beach Boardwalk made it easy to walk to everything, and the outdoor pool was great for the kids. The staff was friendly and accommodating – we felt very welcome.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a Miami vacation. The Beachside All Suites Hotel offered a quiet, relaxing atmosphere just steps from the beach. I stayed here for a work trip and was really impressed with the hotel! The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to get work done. Afterward, I could relax by the outdoor pool. This hotel was a great find for our trip to Miami! The location is perfect. The staff was very friendly. Our suite had everything we needed, including a large fridge and a comfy bed. The free Wi-Fi worked great. The pool access was a nice bonus too!

Location is within walking distance of the beach, perhaps the only highlight for this place. Check in was originally 3pm then they emailed day before and said 4pm. We drove 11 hours, so having to wait longer was a pain. Don't be fooled by the pictures, they show nice locations but then when you check in they tell you they have like 7 locations and you can get assigned to any one of them. The building we were assigned to was definitely not what we saw online. Room was dirty, my white socks were black within minutes. Parking is annoying, you have to find public parking and pay per hour via park mobile app. Very reasonable prices but you have to keep setting alarms to renew parking or park for "max" time which then you will have to pay again for "max" time within the same day. Frustrating because you pay for the max time so you don't have to renew every hour but then if you leave your spot to go to the store and the parking lot is packed when you get back, you have to pay again for another parking lot. It's cheap to stay there and the age old saying...you get what you pay for. Smells like marijuana as you walk by the rooms so be prepared if that bothers you or you have kids.
