Other than the floors and showers being quite dirty, rooms were spacious. There was commotion and many people complaining upon arrival. Probably would not stay here again but you get what you pay for.

The information for check in was not correct. We had to walk around for 30 min to find the office for check in. There was only one agent available for check in 3 different sites. The other staff was standing and not helping. A lot of upset and angry clients before us because of unclear surcharges. The apartment itself was extremely dirty, you walked in and the only thing you could smell was mold. There was mold in washroom, around bathtub, on the sink, on and under the soap holder. The other neighbors who apparently lived in the property were noisy. The cooling system was making awful noises. I won't recommend this place to anyone at all.

Unbelievably bad customer service not just for me but many other people. Lots Of people had problems using Expedia saying they had reservations but then the hotel not honoring them. Plus the front desk was a 5 minute walk away and they would not answer their phone I would never use this place again

Arrived at the property , was told to go to another property to check in. We were then told to go to a third property to check in before getting our room which was another mile away. Whole process took an hour and a half and was a nightmare trying to park at all these places. Hotel does not offer free parking and you have to cross a busy road.

The hotel I chose had a pool. The hotel they put us in did not. You had to travel to another hotel for a pool bed memory foam not good. You wink right to the floor. Room was right by the security gate to get into the property and constantly slamming
