It is 15min walk between checkin location and the hotel. When checkout, we need to walk back to the checkin location to turn in the door cards.

Check in was easy, once we fiund the right building and place to check in. Friendly check in staff. There was no bath matt for the bathroom and not one hand towel, only face cloths. Kitchen was fine but no sharp knives, and no dish towels. Shower is good. Window in the bathroom didn't close or lock. Beds are really comfortable and plenty of pillows. Nice that a safe is provided if needed. Towel arrangements on the bed when we arrived were super cute. Couldnt figure out the tv and it was small for the room size. Not worth calling to figure it out. So i can't realy complain. Free wifi was good. You have to walk to a different location for the pool, so we didn't use the pool(s) at all. The door has frosted glass so it lets light in at night, and i like a blackout room so it was hard for me to sleep in. The windows have blackout curtains so it wasn't to too bright. Room is very spacious with lots of lighting. Parking is annoying. Not much free parking around, and hard to find pay parking without walking a block or so. Didn't see any free parking anywhere.

They have to work to provide more efficient check in assistance. If you are not driving, sometimes will be hard to move with luggages and bags from the check in office to the places that they will direct you.

Spacious & nice room. Some things can be improved.
The room has good size and space. The bath was ok and the shower works perfect. There is room for improvement here: - Mattresses should be renovated. - Few kitchen utensils, no sponge. - No oven (at least in our room). In the pictures you can see there is. - Cleaning can be improved. - During night, it's a bit dark. Lights can be improved as well.

BEWARE HIDDEN "RESORT FEE" AT CHECK-IN!!! I booked prepaid 4 nights through Orbitz and there was no mention of a resort fee ANYWHERE. When I checked in they said I owed an additonal $134.80 for a "resort fee" before I could get my room key. It was 12:15am so i reluctantly paid. A resort? HARDLY. Faucet was busted, no on site parking, no gym, no lobby, check-in at a different building - this is nothing more than a motel. Poor experience. BUYER BEWARE OF HIDDEN RESORT FEE AT CHECK-IN

My room was infested with roaches around the kitchen stove. I was so terrified sleeping at night and they had roach tramps behind the stove. I tried to get ahold of the hotel and Expedia for two weeks before I arrived and nobody answered me I payed over $200 over my anticipated fees due to lack of prior communication. The area around was overall was very calm and beautiful.

They made us go to three different hotels just to check in and then the last one was we’re we would stay. So inconvenient and they didn’t even notify us they they changed the check in location. Check out was at 11 and by 10:30-10:45 they were kicking us out so they could clean the place.

Overall a good place to stay however there are some major areas of improvement. First have cleaning check everything in the room before hand. I got in the room and the stove was on. Second, the rooms need urgent renovations. The bathroom is outdated and needs work, doors barely close, and all around the room there where maggots under the flooring that walked up your feet. Completely disgusting. Need to update matress.

Long story short. Booked hotel for my son at 4:56, with a confirmation and an address of 8100 Harding, my son goes there with a colleague at 5:45 is pm to be told there is no room for them, go to "sister hotel" they send him off by foot with a map, after walking for over a half hour, hotel wont answer, they cant find the "other" hotel, he's paid the deposit, ends up leaving Miami to drive 3-4 hours home. I call immediately to rectify and cancel, since its basically bait and switch, the guy tells me at 6:30pm we have NO reservation, my son never paid a deposit?! I have the receipt, wont give me his name, wont give me a manager, hangs up on me! They never credited my sons deposit, they didn't credit the night. If you want to knew that you know you have a reservation and place to sleep after a long day of work or travel - DON'T BOOK HERE!!! OR ANY OF THEIR "SISTER" HOTELS OR YOU'LL END UP LIKE MY SON walking around in circles in the dark looking for a hotel afterr a LONG day of labor work and no hotel room! Victoria
