Rooms weren’t clean the 4 days we stayed there. Elevators weren’t working and TVs were also not working. Told receptionist and they said manager would get reach out and never did.

The elevator was down periodically while we stayed there. Our room was on the 4th floor, so we had to use the stairs to take our luggage up and down. Also, they didn’t tell us that valet parking is off work at 11pm.. so we had stranded to find parking last minute. Front desk told us valet parking is a third party company and couldn’t help us.
