Property is under renovation and construction going on even in the early morning. We paid extra for a room with a view and when we arrived we were told the only rooms with a view are the penthouse. The staff said that the issue would have to be taken up with the 3rd party Expedia. We will no longer be using Expedia as a service. Thank you, Abraham Andrade

Great Boys Trip
Despite the hotel being under construction, the staff at the Bentley was top-notch. From check-in to check-out and everything in between the hotel gave us everything we needed. The location is perfect if you're looking for a combination of Partying and the Beach. 5/5 and will be back!

The staff was very pleasant and welcoming even though the property was under construction you wouldn’t even be able to tell the way the keep their property clean .

Beyond Disappointed
So, I've been staying at this hotel for so long over the years, I couldn't even tell you, maybe 25-30 years. I haven't stayed here for probably 5 yrs. Hotel under Renovation, I'm fine with that, I've been in commercial construction for 40 years however it looks like the reno is being done by people that were homeless on the corner. There is so safety precautions being taken, and the quality of what's being done is embarrassing. there was no maid service, came back to an unmade room after dinner, no towel changes, no nothing, out of soap, etc.! walked through a construction site with no caution tape, plastic on the floors (Slippery) Elevator buttons not marked properly and lobby smelled like mildew even with 2 air scrubbers going. Best is they have staff that "No Hablo!!" But that's a whole other issue. LOL

FABULOUS STAFF, location, nice carb breakfast from 5-11, espresso juice and water 24 hours. Rooftop pool and hot tub are wonderful as well. Lounge chairs there, 5 minute walk to the beach, safe area, 15 minute Uber to airport at 5 am.

Stayed only one night prior to a cruise. Found a great rate on Expedia. Room was very clean and absolutely beautiful. Ocean view was nice. Most of all staff was incredible and let us check in early. Hotel is under construction for upgrades. But work is only being done during the day and is well communicated.

Hotel was in renovation …. Construction during day time …. No lobby in entrance, room reserved was a 2 bedrooms. On arrival, they informed us the room had “issues” and gave us a room with one bedroom saying it was an upgrade cause it’s a penthouse…but with only one room.. Entrance door was cancel for one afternoon, had to get in from the service door on the back….

Our room was spacious & clean. The staff was a 10 out of 10 offering waters, coffee & assistance anytime we popped in. The bikes are wonderful and the location/proximity to the beach is amazing. The roof top pool area is large with an incredible ocean view. Obviously being so close to EVERYTHING brings a bit of noise!

This property is in a good location at the south end of the Art Deco area. Hotel was undergoing minor water damage but was quiet. Close to the happening area without being right in it.
