My guest room door lock was getting stuck frequently and when I asked for help the staff didn’t even bother to send someone just asked me to try pushing it in a different direction. It took a lot of effort to unlock it.

Here’s an enhanced version of your review: The stay was decent for the price. However, there were a few inconveniences— the ice machine was broken, and there was a leak on the bathroom wall.
