The mattresses are saggy, there are bugs in the room, and the door was almost impossible to open without slamming against it which sucked when someone was sleeping. Room smelled horrible. A/C made horrible noises which made it hard to sleep. Ice maker was not operable (and removed entirely) so staff told us to go and buy some. Breakfast was acceptable although much like farts, apple juice is not supposed to have dark lumps in it.

Windows don't open. Cassie/night staff was very helpful with directions, attractions, restaurant. Only fresh fruit was orange which had to be cut, cannot be peeled. Like Tea, drinking water, hot water for tea.

Staff was awful at check in. Room was prepaid using Expedia and they kept saying loudly in the lobby that my card was declined. It was not and I saw the charge from Expedia in my checking account. Took way too long to check in, rooms smell awful and the place is not the cleanest. Won’t stay here again and wish I could have gone elsewhere.
