To start, when I arrived they gave my room to another person, they gave me another room, it smelled damp, there were ants. Only the parking lot is close to the classrooms. then terrible. The appearance of the place is dirty. Only where you check in was clean.

The welcome to the hotel was a cockroach in the bathroom then when I was going up to the room outside the elevator another cockroach and then in the room another cockroach was waiting for me in the bed

As soon as we get there our toilet was leaking they told us to go back down to change our room but lucky for us one of the staff members stopped us and went and grabbed our key for the new room and carried our baggages for us. Randomly later on in the day a staff member just opens up our door on us. Why? I don't know.

Very nice hotel, staff at reception was incredibly nice and supportive answered all of our questions and needs. Room overal clean and neat. 10 minutes drive from Miami Beach and convenient parking on premises. Overall had a good experience as a quick stay in Miami!

I reallly wanted to like this place .. The staff is fantastic. I arrived early was was allowed to check in early. My bad review is not a reflection on the wonderful staff. This place needs work.. it’s run down.. there was NO breakfast offered as advertised, I woke up to breakfast and it just wasn’t there at 9Am. Also this place has roaches….Big Florida roaches. Saw one in the closet in my room and 1 as I was walking to the elevator by the vending machine.. this place is going to be a hard no from me. Never returning.
