I booked a room with two queen sized beds. The room we received had two double beds. When we called down to the reception, we were told that it was two queens. We were told that we would receive a cot. We still haven’t received a call back. Very disappointing.

The t.v. Did not work and there was blood smearing on the back of the entry door and light switch as well as specks of blood on the walls and floor. I took photos. The house keeping manager said “So sorry, but I had 17 rooms I had to check”. Maybe let a younger person have the job if it’s too much.
