Started out with a friendly shuttle from the airport. Quick check in with even tips on local eateries.. Room had every thing I needed and was super clean. Breakfast had nice omelets and enough choices to enjoy. Remember if you need a trip to your cruise sign up for the 3rd party shuttle it is only $15 per person. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very good but dated
This was an airport stopover stay. No food.. only breakfast. The whole hotel is dated but.. I slept well, the room had everything we needed, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was excellent

We needed a room next to the Miami airport as we had a long layover. We have been BW customers for years but this experience might change that. The hotel was run down, loose carpet in the hallways, dirt in the corners, walls need painting etc. Our room was the same dirty in the corners, shower had mildew in the tile grout, no soap gel or shampoo in the shower and the TV remote didn't work. To top it all off they wouldn't add my reward points from my stay to my account because I booked with Expedia!

We were very comfortable and had good sleep and rest. Price is worth for what was paid. Breakfast was good. Shuttle service should be increased as we were standing at the airport for almost an hour before we saw the shuttle. Should be every 15 minutes instead of 30 min service.
