The location of the hotel is excellent! Easy access to public transportation if needed and food establishments, within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a clean, reasonable place to stay.

There were insects in the bathroom. The manager could not offer a compensation to a better room, just changed me to another room two doors away from the one with the insects.

Wasn’t the best and wasn’t the worst. Rooms are a little out dated. First few nights my room had an odor. There were no other rooms available because of the hurricane. I purchased my own air fresheners and disinfectant and got the odor out. There is no actual closet just a section with a curtain which blows and gets caught in the door each time the room door is opened. There were stains on a pillow case and the bed sheet but room service took care of it. Like I said it wasn’t the best and wasn’t the worst.

Nice hotel. Good amenities. The pool was good, had a good exercise room and plenty of free parking. Staff was very nice. Good location about a 10 minute drive to surfside beach and bal harbour shops. Whole Foods right across parking lot and some decent resteraunts all within walking distance. Room was clean, everything worked well. The only downside was the room was a little small, I doubt it is 300 sq ft

Clean & neat
Hotel is clean, with small fitness & pool, convenient to shopping center, restaurants, and whole food market just a side of hotel. Staffs are nice and professional, willing to answered all questions needed. Will be back here if come to North Miami again.
