Overall good but the elevators failed during our stay and is not fun to climb 7 floors. The staff tried their best but I think such a failure is just not acceptable.

My cruise was cancelled. I called to cancel my reservation. Travelocity looked into it and told me the hotel would not cancel, nor would they issue a credit for the time that I would rebook the cruise. I KNOW the room was booked because of hurricane Helene coming in. What would it have cost the hotel to issue a credit????? Absolutely NOTHING! I would still like to have the credit issued so I have a paid room when I need it.

Room was nice. Hotel was clean, check in fast. Area seemed sketchy and elevator was broken during night. One was fixed by am checkout. Hubby had to use outside stairs to get someone to deal with smoke detector that started going off at 2am.

They gave me room on the 8th floor, but all elevators were out of service. Did not offer help with the luggage. Had to carry all the luggage 8 floors via the stairs, with my mom 76 years old. It took almost half our for her to go up. Terrible, terrible experience.

Having stayed atcthis location countless times in the past l notice (sadly) that the standards has dropped terribly.They no longer have clocks in tge rooms the lamps are broken shades deteriorating but sbove all that the attitude of the staff has plummeted
