I'd come back again
The room was very clean. The people at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful. We only stayed one day before we got on our cruise ship. The hotel was walkable to a lot of places. One of the elevators was broken so that made it slow getting up/down to the room because there was only one elevator. The hallway carpet on our floor was in need of repair but other than that it was a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay and the hotel met our expectations. I didn't find out I had to pay for parking until I arrived at the hotel. I find that to be a cheap add on. They also don't have a continental breakfast. I'd think at $150 a night, they would.

1. We just couldn't find a shuttle bus from airport to hotel. We had to take a taxi which cost us $25 We wasted more than one hour at the airport. 2. Room given was too smelly and we had to ask for a change and move which was inconvenient. 3. We were told that breakfast is not included in our room rate. You sold it to us as breakfast and transfers to/fro airport included.

The pictures and reviews for this property are deceiving. The lobby looks nice but that's where it ends. One elevator was out of service the whole time so only one was functioning. Once you exit the elevator doors on the 6th floor (location of our room) the musty smell smacks you in the face. Everything is run down, no baseboards in the hallway, the room was damp, and smelled like mold, bathroom fixtures were rusted, bathroom door was warped and could hardly be closed. I can go on and on. Would never stay there again. Should be classified as a pay-per-hour motel. Awful.

Just what was needes
We stayed one night only. My husband and our 2 boys got the double room. It was exactly what we needed. A clean room to sleep. The service was great. We left a nintendo switch behind and the front desk was able to retrieve it.
