Overall a nice hotel. Had multiple issues with the TV not working and internet connectivity. We found while some staff members were pleasant and helpful, others were not at all. The pull out sofa does not come with linen or blankets. We found this out at bedtime night 1. Trying to get linen/blankets took a long time to get and the hotel member was rude and a bit mean. He told me I should have asked earlier and that he didn’t have ant blankets left.

This was our second stay at the Boulan. I would definitely recommend it to friends and especially when traveling with friends or with kids. This is a great place to stay in South Beach and for a reasonable price.
