The staff were amazing! Ritchie was very professional, helpful and poised upon our arrival. After stressful airline issues due to cancellations and delays, it was great having someone like Ritchie assist us with our last minute reservation. In the morning, Jennifer provided us with excellent restaurant and activity recommendations that made our Miami adventure a pleasant experience. Thank you both for your wonderful hospitality!

When I arrived, I was told that there were no available rooms even though I had a reservation via Expedia. I was told the hotel was overbooked, and was not allowed to check in or get a room. This was after being delayed at the airport all day and an uber. Do not book this hotel through a 3rd party, they are incompetent.

Yes, the building is old and the elevator is slow, but it works. The staff is so friendly. The ocean view room is very spacious and extremely clean. The access to the beach couldn’t be any easier. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay was good for what we needed it for. It was clean. Could use some updating. The elevator was very slow. The TV we had issues with, with the channels coming in/ static, antenna issues.

There was water all over the floor, one of the beds was wet and there was multiple long black hairs on the clean towels. The pictures of the property are very deceiving. There is construction everywhere and the whole hotel is in horrible disarray. This is literally the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. We checked out and left it was so gross.

Room was disgusting, windows were glued in plexiglass that the wind constantly pushed in and out making loud noises. Charged an amenity but could not use pool or the beach chairs. Pool was not usable due to neglect. Loyd neighbors all night. Cool view if the windows were glass and/or cleaned, but not worth this horrible hotel experience.

The staff there is great. Jennifer is the manager and she’s very welcoming and understanding to all different kinds of needs. She’s very patient and kind. The pool is very clean. And there’s lot to do in the area and a beach literally 3 steps away.

The hotel staff was great. The hotel is a DUMP. The stairs are dirty, the elevator barely works, the floors, bathroom and walls in the room were dirty. It has clearly been renovated by the “landlord special” for the last 50 years. The ocean view is great! The fact that it is on the beach is the best quality

The room i stayed in was very ugly and old. No microwave. The bathroom is small very old. Remote control is put together by a blue tape. Tv not working. Bed is very uncomfortable.

The first room wasn't cleaned floor dirty. Room was by a stairwell in which the door didn't close and the staircase doesn't go inside hotel but completely outside. Security concern. Second room blinds broken so that the outside people can see you in the bathroom. You pull the blinds down and they are missing sutter pieces. The towel rack missing. Toliet seat had wear someone just had ash mark burns on Toliet seat. Hardly no lighting I was charged 235.00 for this room. Plus they wanted another 20.00 for the hotel and a deposit of 100.00 for incidentals which is crazy they hotel is in need of a make over they should be giving me money back. And the elevator so slow you just take the stairs. Hotel indicated it is up to Expedia to give me a refund of some kind.

Very inaccessible because of very old construction fences. Uber and delivery services even had a hard time finding the front desk. Very run-down conditions. Photos provided on booking site totally deceiving. Elevator is almost inoperable. Had to use stairs and I was on 5th floor. One tiny microwave available to entire facility down in the basement.

Not at all worth staying. The hotel is pretty old. Elevator is extremely slow. No place to refill water. They are charging 14oz bottle for $4. Checkin at 4pm and checkout 11 am.. you are paying for 19hrs only per day..
