The property has an excellent location, and we were offered a room with a beautiful view. You have the Beach bathrooms right in front the hotel a beautiful children's park, bike trails, and entrance to the beach. A location. The staff is friendly, but the place is not too clean. They forgot to clean our room, and the elevator takes forever to go up and down. If you are in a vacation mode, not an issue to wait. But they can do a little better with the cleaning of the place and elevator. Just minor details.

Very nice beach location, the hotel needs to be knocked down,the elevator is the slowest I’ve ever experienced, no toilet paper or towels in room and the desk told me I had to come down the very slow elevator and get it.Smells like weed in all the halls.

The front desk clerk was very good/sweet. However, the property is the worst I’ve ever stayed at. The elevators “work,” but not really. The room is so old and worn out, it was really awful. Window coverings were barely hanging there and they didn’t cover the entire window. Blanket for bed was old worn brown thing that looked as if it hadn’t been washed for a long time. Thankfully, we were only staying one night. The building should be torn down or gutted.

Hotel is terrible and i am not the difficult type. Pictures are nothing like the room. I felt catfish. Walls are dirty, sheets dirty, stains everywhere. I lefy after the first day. Only the girl at the reception that was actually nice.

Parking is behind the building due to construction. Hotel itself is very very outdated old and very dingy. Only good thing is location, but I would not stay here again for the price.

The property is an easy walking distance to the beach. The room was clean, yet the building and pool need updating. If you are looking to go to the beach and not spend much time in your room, this property is great!

Sold the room I booked weeks in advance

Although I reserved and paid for a double bed room weeks ahead of time, when we checked in, the front desk told us that they were sold out. They then offered me and my friend a single full bed handicap room right off the lobby. We took it because we were tired, hungry, and had traveled for all day. It was very noisy. Just a miserable stay.

Staff was pleasant and helpful! Location was okay- due to city construction the pathway to beach was an obstacle however the hotel warned ahead of time. The room was very outdated and in need of working TV, draining shower, and updated furniture and curtains. However all the older historic hotels I’ve stayed at in a Miami Beach are the same way.
