The rooms are NOT clean. I called the front desk to let them know that there was still hair on the sink and in the tub, as well as toenail clippings on the carpet & plastic clothing tags around the room. Also the mini bar fridge didn't work. We asked to change rooms but were told NO, and someone came to vacuum again and wipe down the sink and tub, and bring a spare fridge into our room (which was loud but at least it worked). Even after this, there were still toenails on the floor and we just decided to accept it and move on. On the 2nd night, we discovered that there were carpet beetle eggs in our room. At first we thought it was sand, but it repeatedly showed up in piles in the same spot and after looking it up - we confirmed it was carpet beetle eggs. disgusting. In addition, it seemed like everything at this property was broken or malfunctioning with no anticipated resolution date. The hot tub didn't work our entire 6-night stay, same with the chromecast. The staff - while friendly enough, were clueless... or set expectations they could not live up to. I coordinated with the concierge for there to be a surprise for my husband's birthday upon check-in & there was nothing. And the staff didn't know the most basic things like pool hours, or hours of the restaurant??? When we asked for things like coffee to be brought to our room they would never arrive. Overall it was a terrible experience in a very mediocre hotel.
