I decided to stay at this property because of the location & proximity to the airport & also because of the expedia ratings, however I was amazed that the hotel was not even close to the revies & ratings. The property is not clean, the staff is standoffish. They willl nickel & dime you for every little thing. There was no lotion in the room, I was told that I had to purchase it at the front desk.

The room was large and the beds were huge and comfy. All staff were generally warm and friendly including the valet and shuttle drivers. There are a few things I noted that when there is a chance, management should fix. The bathroom door had to be lifted in order to close it and there was space under the where one could see the cement instead of tiles which appeared that the work was either rushed or unfinished. The door to the room I stayed in was not fitted well as the light from the hallway could be seen coming in from under the door as well as the side of the door. These things however did not stop me from getting a good night's sleep. I would stay here again not only for the location but the staff.
