My fiancé and I visit Miami often, and we stay here every single time - it’s literally become our go to spot. When we land in miami and call an uber, the entire ride we are thinking about how we can’t wait to get to the hotel and have a drink &meal at the restaurant. I’m obsessed with this alligator bites 😍😍 For this specific trip , we noticed that the hotel smelled SOOOOO GOOD. We literally started asking people what the hotel used, because we would want to use that fragrance in our home lol.

It said it was pet friendly Hotel, it was but they charge $35 a night for small dog. They charge $50 a night for incidentals.at check in. We stayed two nights got charged $100 for incidentals. We ate breakfast twice the hotel approx $132, Upon checking out they charged us in full for the breakfast that we ate but did not apply the $100 charge against it and charged us for full breakfast, they said the $100 would be credited back on the card in a few days. Never heard of not using the incidental charge not being used against what we used. Why charge for incidental upon checking in then. Room was very small, TV is confusing & I’m tech savvy. Closed restaurant for diner the night before Helene hit west coast of Florida with no rain & minimum wind, while other restaurants in area were open. I wouldn’t stay there again. Many other places on strip to stay who don’t hold your money & don’t return it for days after checking out.
