Casa Ocean is located in a very desirable location. Bed was comfortable and the room itself was fairly clean. Issues: Cleaners used left a very unpleasant chemical smell that would lingers in the room. We had to open a window to clear out the smell. The room's wall are not thick and you can clearly hear other patrons in their rooms and in the hallways. The shower was clogged resulting in water overflowing onto the bathroom floor. We notified the front desk to resolve the issue. Overall a good experience.

Great little place.

Very nice stay. Room was quite small but we knew that when we booked. We were seldom in room anyway. Room was clean and check in was easy. Very good location. Close to beach and restaurants. More on the quiet end of Ocean Drive which was nice.

I loved the staff and especially Karina who made my stay more comfortable and pleasant. I love the area as it is not too noisy cause it is away from the strip. Beach is 4 min away by foot and that’s why I need when I come to visit my second home, Miami

Not worth it. Rooms and bathrooms are too small, not enough light, you can hear everything from the next rooms and the street and they clean it every other day. Bed linen is awful.

When I open the room door moldy smell was first. Next is coffee machine - it does not working and I couldn’t use. This means their management is lazy or not proper. Front desk has coffee machine but you have to pay. And cup is too small to feel coffee taste. Room is so small. Just bed and small bathroom. That’s all.

Casa oceans was a modest hotel to stay in for a night. I had different interactions with staff throughout my stay, some being excellent and some being less than. I was concerned about the severely strong smell when arriving both in the lobby as well as my room, that smelt like a rough attempt to cover up a mold outbreak with multiple cans of extra strong Lysol. The hotel seemed above the price I would typically pay for the available amenities and condition of it but it was very strategically placed in a nice street walking distance from a lot of restaurants and very close to the ocean. The staff was kind enough to watch our luggage and lend us towels when we went to the beach after our allotted time at the hotel passed.
