DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!! It is not as advertised. The check in process was awful. Then we got to our room and it smelled like mold and just unpleasant. When I complained they did nothing to right the situation and I ended up leaving with my family! Worse hotel experience we’ve ever had! Ive never written a bad review for anything but this place deserves it. I strongly encourage everyone to stay away from this place!

Management: Melissa 5 star no ma'am I'm not sure if you are aware of the things that took place during my stay. So first I enjoyed my stay up until the staff came into the apartment which was the morning after I checked in , I left out for groceries and I came back to find the door open. I reported what happened immediately also had the code changed afterwards, but I really felt like it wasn't safe. I kept something at the door to make sure I could hear over the loud air conditioning that stayed on non stop, the door wasn't secure enough it's very weak and the bottom of the wall by the door is very old and needs to be looked at also the bottom of the door has a huge crack and I kept a towel at the door, also the TV upstairs didn't work I usually don't complain, but when I got home I said that no one even followed up with me and said nothing about who entered the apartment on top of that someone ate the nachos out the frig and also stole all my tea bags I never leave home without my vitamins and my tea bags which was all organic I wanted to make sure I wasn't crazy so whoever went in the apartment was looking for more I believe, good thing I had all my valuables with me down to my purses. I'm not sure but if there's no surveillance cameras down the hall it's much needed because I didn't see any also I suggest putting a safe in the apartments. Because your staff steals. I have never had a unsafe experience like this and I wish that it never happened. No follow up at all

I booked a certain room due to the party I was arriving with and the room wasn’t equipped for all of us. To top that the shower head in the bathroom was rusted! Not to mention my friend booked a room and got locked out and was told they couldn’t open it until she called the police, then maintenance came with a leaf blower and opened the door! But no one wants to give a refund. Not even partial! Terrible rental space

The hot plate did not work so couldn't utilize not eating out. Elevator situation is terrible. Long wait times and then its full when it does open. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 2 day stay with 5 people.

It was a pleasant experience. The check in process with car valet can be confusing but it wasn’t a make or break experience. The view was beautiful. The host was very communicative and responsive. The room was spacious and comfortably fit 8 people. Would stay here again.
