More workers should speak or be able to translate the English language. Checking in and valet parking was difficult because of this reason.

Excellent location. Beach front plus a huge pool with plenty of lounge chairs to use. The building is very clean with a couple of convenience stores, bar, restaurant, and tours. The unit is very comfortable and spacious. Only missing a hair dryer. The free collins express trolley stops right across the street if you want to go down to south beach.

The first day I found 2 cockroaches right in front the door second day another one under the sink And the garbage room is next to the apartment and you can feel the bad smell when you’re inside. The cleaning lady gave us a dirty look when we left because we were 5 minutes late from the time we left. where the shower turns on the water was old and moldy.

The hotel is very old , they don’t have access to strollers or to the luggage, you have to carry your bags through the stairs , very bad experience with the checking . The room had 2 chairs for the beach one of them is broken .

This hotel was BEAUTIFUL! Gorgeous views of the shoreline, close drive to all the restaurants and shops. Check in took a bit longer than anticipated but that was the only bad thing. Would definitely stay here again :)

The unit we have stayed has free parking which is great, but you have to give cash for the guys to have your car in front of the entrance, and this could take time so make sure adjust your time accordingly. Bring some hydrocortisone ointment, be ready for beach bugs or bed bugs. We have stayed by the beach and the unit so we dont know where we got the bites. The unit we have stayed is clean, and has complete kitchen utensils and electric stove. I like the communication from the owner, easy to respond and ask questions. I will recommend this unit we stayed overall but they should buy new beds and have extra pilllows.

Place had a great location, right across the beach. Pool was closed for about a day during our stay, which the pool was one of the main reasons for booking the place. AC in the unit was not cooling properly. I like that there was a brach chair and umbrella available for use. Maybe a second or more chairs would be nice, as it is a 4 person unit after all. Overall it was good for the location.

Management was informed internally. Couple things to fix. One of this one was refrigerator must be repaired properly, especially because is summer.second one there were few bugs inside restroom. Areas around the property are amazing and safe.
