Room was clean. Staff was nice. Was able to get a late check out with no issues. Only complaint I had was the WiFi was spotty. Kept going in and out so the tv wouldn’t work. The restaurant right next door was within arms reach of our window so we heard all the staff coming in and out the side door all night. Great area. Walking distance for everything. Starbucks is right across the street which was a plus.

When I initially booked this room I missed the valet parking only or find your own off site space…No on site parking… Room and bathroom were extremely small compared to photos…Continental breakfast was ok… Fantastic location to walk around and enjoy the beach, dining and entertainment…Loved Mangos Tropical Cafe, South Beach… Remember this property is almost 90 years old… Overall property was amazingly clean and felt safe… Key cards kept failing and made a few trips to desk to get recoded.. The staff was excellent and very responsive… Overall we enjoyed our 1 night stay there…

They stay was pleasant overall. The receptionists are super helpful and accommodating. However, the facilities required better maintenance and upgrading. The rooms are not as pictured. Nevertheless, there’s lot to do and many restaurants in walking distance.

A very tired hotel. Everything is rusty and broken... The bed is very uncomfortable. The TV is tiny. There are no blinds on the windows. And you have a choice: close the curtains and sit in the dark or open them and look out the window of the building across the street. Pros: Nice breakfast area. Everything you need for a light snack is available (boiled eggs, toast, jams, fruit, cereal, juices, etc.). There's a coffee machine with beans. There was a cockroach running around, though... but that's nothing new in this city. The renovation is done in Art Deco style, which I really like. It's clear that every detail was chosen with love. But it's been around for a while and needs a makeover. The hotel is conveniently located. The ocean is literally across the street. Close to all the party spots, but not so close that they interfere with sleep. Perfect! Unfortunately, we paid for six nights at this hotel. And I hate to have to sleep on an uncomfortable bed in a broken room...

An old Hotel for sure, but that is part of its charm. Staff were great, it was quiet and a perfect location for me. I would stay there again.

Staff was not to friendly, did not offer to help while I was struggling with luggage and valet used back of car trunk to put scooter in which made it dirty, also they took longer than expected to come. There was construction going on outside of our window that we were not made aware of, the door to the room kept getting jammed.

We found the Century to be afordable and quaint No Frills . The staff were amazing and there were plenty of shops and restaurants that were an easy walk. Beach access was across the street.
