Smell is awful.
First of all got there. We carried our luggage to the front desk.. Got our room key and the person at the front desk told us he would show us where our room is. Then he stepped outside with us and pointed across the street to a whole separate building. We proceeded to walk over there. and got in the front door. Got. upstairs. to our room. And the room key did not work. We then look. luckily so. a woman in the hallway spraying air freshener. This was like midnight or so.. We asked her to help. her to help us with the room key and she. tried it and it didn't work anyway. So. luckily she walked across the street and the guy from the front desk came over with a new key and let it. in. this whole process took about 30 minutes. The hallway smelled terrible. The room smelled awful.. I had a room. there reserved for four days later, which I canceled immediately.. I will probably never stay there again. I stayed there a couple times last season and I was in the main building and it was fine.. Oh, well, they just lost my business.

The room was awful, the sheets and covers were dirty, the tub was dirty, the chair had smoking stains and holes in the furniture. The bath towels had large holes in them

This hotel should be shut down by police and health department. First of all the they use pictures of new beautiful rooms and it’s a fraud. The rooms are in old stinky of chemicals ( instant headache!) building. We booked king bed room and got two small beds! The lock of the room was not working, so we were not able to leave the room for an hour until we got the service which was not able to fix the lock. The reception switched us to another most horrible room with part of the ceiling collapsed, bunch of hair in a dirty bathtub and absence of fridge and coffee maker, although coffee was there. I guess the hotel stuff assumed we have to eat it. One of the sinks was leaking on the floor. The service is lousy and deceiving. If I have a choice I would give 0 stars.

The photos of the hotel on Expidia differ from its actual run-down infrastructure. Terrible creole smell. Poor condition of the furniture, cables on the floor, torn curtains, uncomfortable bed, pillows like a block. The worst thing is that they charged me $195, absolutely a rip-off. I would never go back, they should refund my money.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel, bad smell from the moment you enter, the rooms in terrible condition, dirty, stained sheets, smell of humidity, broken doors, bathroom with hair, my experience was horrible, everything looks worn out, the tables and chairs in the room are stained, I rented through Expedia, I called to say the bad conditions of this hotel and they did not solve the problem because the room was not refundable, I was forced to stay in a place that in my opinion and that of many should close due to the terrible conditions and poor hygiene it has, it is not worth renting a hotel like that and so expensive .... very bad experience with both the hotel and Expedia for renting hotels of such poor quality on their website, they should not rent hotels like this on their website, I return and repeat I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, HOTEL HYGIENE TERRIBLE. !!!!!

Great stay and staff, beautiful staff on treatment, although it was great gave a lower rate because Hotel needs a makeover rejuvenation would be the word, but itwas a good stay pre cruise stay 2 nights. Would stay again in the future.

The Weather's the Florida Traveler Sway. For locals this represents the outdoor strolls for leisure. The snow birds flock South seeking the same lux. The ChateauBleau's located in the heart of West Gables, the prettiest of the quaint sections of this modern shifting neighborhood. The Old Hotel's kept fresh by the owners.

For The into retro sorts, the Coral building offers the works, real Fixtures of the past, few eras of the Old Florida seeable here. The Writer's Lamp for the working traveler that's requiring the trim Desk to remember that work from home includes the soundproof quiet hotel in Miami.
