Okay. Not the best.

I was Excited at the check in cause the girl there was amazing. Then it went downhill. The room was big. Have to give it that. The hot water for the shower took 15 min. It’s all old. Like really old. The location was nice to the beach but my god it was sooo loud at night.

this was as second stay here and we will be back. We were able to check in at 2;30 and our room was located next to the main building, and it has been updated. It was a little bit loud at night until about 1;00 am, but I'm guessing this is how it goes in South Beach. The only complaint was that the beach towels were never available but at least we got beach chairs and that was fine.
