You get what you pay for and then some!
I had a wonderful stay. Just one block from the beach, room service, a bar in the lobby, clean and modern rooms, and the front desk employees were incredibly patient and helpful. I can’t wait to go back!

Great location
Next to pretty much everything so location is great.. I had no water for about 6 hours but they eventually resolved the issue low water pressure.. had to keep asking for towels and wash clothes and tissue on a daily. Besides that I like the hotel very much would stay again

The property was worth the price, a nice to lay in your head and chill out in front of. Very close to the beach and shops on Collins ave and ocean dr. Only down fall is the clean your room every 3 days, so there was a lot of sand on the floor in my room, but overall good hotel will stay again.

It was not a pleasant stay
The bathroom toilet was clogged; had a hard time flushing. I didn’t get a signal for my cell phone in the room they gave me. What’s worse is they put me in a room on the ground floor closest to the DJ and loud speakers. I had to request a room change on the third day of my stay.

Stayed At This Property With My Family Of 4 ( 4 YO & 9 Months ) . I Booked The Family Suite. Upon Entry To Our Room One Of The Televisions Did Not Have A Cord Therefore It Wasn't Working. The Snacks Provided In The Room Were All Open & Half Eaten. No Hot Water In The Bathroom & The Sink Was Clogged. Which Also Means To Me That Housekeeping Does A Horrible Job With Maintenance. When The Staff Was Advised, The Janitor Came With A Cord However We Were Advised That The TV Would Not Be Able To Work Until The Following Day & Also The Person To Fix The Sink Would Not Be In Until The Morning.

Hotel was decent. Our first 2 days we stayed in the Chesterfield building room was small but cozy... When we came back from cruise we stayed at same hotel but different building this room was much bigger area was very quiet however I wouldn't of wanted to stay in that building alone as a single female... The bar was dirty though I was going to order food until I saw the bar. I asked for diet coke the lady pulled an open can out the fridge I asked how long had it been open her response was I don't know 3 days... I declined and found another bar to drink at
