We stay at the Miami Brickell Hotel almost monthly. The glass door at the entrance has been broken for more than two months. Not much more to say. The room was cleaner this time. So dirty and smelly last time that we changed rooms. We come back because of the location and the price but we use the NYC hotel and I cant say that disrepair or dirty has even been a problem. I think the staff needs more training.

I really liked the unique waiting areas and places we could work from. I’d like that it was very central and there were a lot of great restaurants around and I could easily walk to the water and also go shopping and could easily get around the city.

Hotel rooms are clean but very small. The noise from outside, the clubs nearby went on until 5AM so if you are sensitive to noise don’t stay here. Cats and motorcycles street racing was also nuts! There was also some overpowering air freshener being pumped through the ac system that was overwhelming and gave us a headache.
