I recently stayed at CitizwnM Hotel em Mimi Beach and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the lobby to the rooms. Speaking of the rooms, mine was small but very modern and convenient, equipped with everything I needed. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay! There is a hotel bar that is very good. The bartender has extensive knowledge.

Location, location, location!!!
CitizenM South beach is perfectly located and allows easy walking to shops and restaurants. The rooms, although quite small, are very modern and offer great views. The technological vibe was a plus, from check in, being in the room, and checking out. You’re able to select your room view, create your own room keys, control your room lights, temperature and window shades using the iPad provided

Area is central and main road is Lincoln road where all the expensive restaurants are, but hotel has extremely small rooms, bed is touching wall to wall right against window. Room has high tech for controlllng tv and room lights, drapes. No counter space to spread your necessities to do makeup etc. No complimentary tea or coffee available in the room which is so unusual, maybe because they want you to buy coffee from their canteen for $5/cup. Hotel is brand new still under construction, so pretty clean.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Constumer service is top notched. Clean , beautiful decor. I picked this hotel as it was leisure trip for me, used my room for sleeping and most of the time i was out to experience miami. Location is great walking distance from everything or a short drive . Would recommend and would stay again

The hotel is beautiful clean and convenient. They make u feel at home in a very relaxed environment. Tropical Fancy and clean. One note I would love if they bring you service to the room. Like breakfast for instance. But otherwise I really enjoyed it!
