Check-in staff wasn’t interested in welcoming. The SoFla attitude, I stayed at Citizen in London last week, quite the opposite. The QR code for orders was deactivated, only 1 server at the bar, not worth waiting, there were over 10 people placing orders.

Don’t pick lower floor arena view room….. you will be put on the second floor which is a completely obstructed view from a giant steel beam……reported it right away but unable/unwilling to give us a different room…

Nice hotel, you can walk to major tourist area. They give free croissant during check-in which was a nice touch. The room is small but very functional.
