Let me just say the customer service far exceeded my expectations. Literally everyone who worked here was nice, professional and very helpful. The rooms were wonderful and cozy, I love that you can control the room color, tv, room temperature and lights with the iPad. The artwork was gorgeous and I loved the pretty colors and decor in the common areas. I will definitely stay here again. I only had 1 issue, I found a scrunchie underneath my fitted sheet which led me to believe the sheets & covers were not changed out/cleaned upon my arrival. I didn't notice until I was checking out.

Clean property in an excellent location to everything. But the elevator didn’t work most of the times. No ice. The iPad controlled the room and didn’t always do what you expected. Overall good experience with some glitches.
