The room is on the smaller size however the set up was very functional. The LED lights that you could operate on the tablet in the shower and near the bed was fun. We absolutely loved the black out shades too. I would book this hotel again.

Lives our stay at Citizen M. Property is gorgeous. The pool area was amazing. Some of staff didn’t know the area very well and weren’t able to help us much when it came to questions about the surroundings… Other downside would be the price of the breakfast and drinks, very very expensive. 50$ US for one bottle of wine yikes ! Although we would go back anytime to this hotel. :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at CitizenM Hotel, and it was a truly unique and modern experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the sleek, minimalist design and the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. The self-check-in kiosks made the process quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and approachable. The rooms are compact but cleverly designed, maximizing space without sacrificing comfort. The bed is incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens and adjustable settings for the perfect sleep. The mood lighting, which you can control via a tablet, adds a nice touch, creating the ideal ambiance for any time of day or night. The rain shower in the bathroom was luxurious, and I appreciated the high-tech amenities, including the tablet that controls the entire room—from lighting to entertainment. The hotel’s common areas, including the bar and lounge spaces, are chic and perfect for relaxing or socializing. There’s a cozy yet lively vibe throughout. Another highlight was the location. CitizenM hotels are usually located in prime areas, and this one was no exception. It was within walking distance to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with CitizenM. It’s an ideal choice for travelers who value style, comfort, and efficiency. Highly recommended.

This is a pod hotel. I don't know how I missed that when I booked it. I think the pictures are a bit misleading but to say I was SHOCKED to enter my room and see a sink directly in front of me and a tiny shower with a toilet contained in one unit is an understatement. I was equally thrown off by the fact that there's no front desk - I wandered around for at least 5 minutes trying to understand where to check in when another guest told me that the bank of computers was the self-check in. He told me he did the same thing. I needed to iron something and the iPad told me to "go to ironing heaven." I had no idea what that meant. Turns out every floor has a room dedicated to ironing. Why not just say that? Or have a staffed front desk to tell me that at check-in. There is too much attention paid to stuff that does not matter at this hotel. At least the breakfast was good. Will not stay here again nor recommend.

The staff was very helpful, especially the manager MC. I loved the artist decor and comfortable furniture in the lobby. A great over night stay, close to the Lincoln Road Mall and not far from the beach.
