The rooms were small but cute! The TV was positioned at the right angle. The shower was hot. The drinks at the bar were fantastic. My room didn’t have a view but friends room did. The staff was chill. The pool and pool area was very clean. Taco spots around the corner and across the street and a very walkable mall.

I really enjoyed the roof top pool and all the help that the front desk staff offered me on my trip! The location was a 10/10 not too far from the beach (10-15 min walk) and so many dining options down Lincoln. Will definitely stay here again

Great property, I had a good experience from the moment I arrived, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are small but comfortable and functional, great for solo travelers or couples. I look forward to visiting other citizenM properties.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at citizenM in South Beach. It was really close to the beach and the shopping mall. Everything was so walkable. We really enjoyed our experience. I will say, though the rooftop pool is a bit small but perfect because a lot of people don’t usually hang out there, our overall experience was a 10 out of 10.

The properly is cool, chic, and modern. It is so modern that there really is no conventional light switches in the room: you control everything with an ipad. A little annoying but once you get the hang of it, it's great place to relax.
