For us, just okay

I think technically they offered room service, but our room phone was not operational. As a person who only speaks English, it’s challenging to communicate with staff that are clearly English as a second language.

The bed had a huge stain on it. The housekeeper argued with me as if I made the stain. The finally remade the bed with fresh sheets.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We flew in to Miami eith our 4 year old and chose this hotel because they offered shuttle service as we did not bring a car seat. I spoke and confirmed with the hotel myltiple times what time the shuttle ran to and whilich number to call when we landed. Once we landed, we called the provided number and no answer. My husband tried calling and we continuously called for over 30 minutes with no answer. We then got ahold of corporate and they tried calling multiple times still with no answer. Corporate did not offer any solution or reimbursement, and we ended up taking a taxi to the hotel. When we got to the hotel 2 people were working and there were 2 people in line ahead of us. My husband tried calling while we were there and I was APPALLED by what happened next. The gentleman working the desk checking people in then picked up the phone and hung it up. We then said that was us calling and explained the whole situation and his response is that they are busy and cant answer the phone. We explained we were counting on the shuttle and he could place people pn hold. He was beyond rude and offered no solution to the problem. We asked to speak to management, but no one was there. When we got to the room it was absolutely disgusting. There was mold all over the shower, the sheets were dirty and the room smelled like wet mold. We checked out in the late morning and again asked to speak to a manager, yet no one was there to help. We will NEVER use this hotel again!

What’s that smell?

The room was rundown and bathroom was grungy. There was a strong smell of mold masked by the hotels signature scent. I started sneezing upon arrival, wouldn’t stay here again.
