Paid for a reservation only to try to check in only to find they had overbooked hotel and manager was aware of situation and did nothing to fix it. My family was left without a room in hotel lobby for night. Nothing was done for compensation from clarion and now from Expedia after reaching out multiple times. Do not book here

Está bien, la habitación en general. No es excelente, pero para ma estancia corta no está mal. Todo está limpio, algunas toallas manchadas, solo eso.en el hotel el general se ve mobiliario viejo y descuidado, se ve que es un hotel viejo, pero todo está limpio.

The staff was friendly however when I arrived to my room it was literally freezing I called the front desk to ask them to fix the heat and they said they don’t have heat, they then responded with I can provide you an extra blanket need less to say I had to call the front desk 3 times then eventually go down there just to get a blanket.

Was good for a rest from a layover. Airport pick up was kind of vague, one employee said pickup was on the hour, another said every half hour. Pickup area between 5 and 21, large area and do much traffic, it was hard to spot driver. Thank goodness an officer was able to spot pickup van for us and flagging down.

This hotel is an older private hotel that was bought by Clarion. The lobby, entrance and main hallways have been updated, but those updates have not yet progressed to the upper halls and rooms. The bathroom door was warped and did not close completely. There was a musky smell in the room on entrance and you had to run the air conditioner completely to control it. The website indicated free breakfast, which is one reason I selected this hotel. There is a restaurant with a limited menu, but the food was hot and delicious. The service was prompt, but not overly friendly. The front desk was prompt and helpful in getting a shuttle to the Miami Port in the morning. Overall, I think once updates are completed, this will be a nice hotel.

We checked in and went to our room to Find it was not cleaned. Bed was not made, towels on the bathroom floor!! Then that charged my credit card $428 dollars instead off $100 like they said they where going to do. Will never go back to this place.

We had reservations and tried to checkin in the late afternoon. We waited over one hour, they seemed understaffed and the lobby was full of frustrated travelers. We finally cancelled our reservation and booked at another hotel.
