It would have been nice if they would let customers know before hand that parking was an additional charge. Also, when they came to clean the room they only made the beds and didn’t take the dirty towels or replaced them with clean ones.

Bad customer service!
I missed my plane and ask if they can change date. Miguel said that if hotels.com. called they would be glad to change that. So when I reached there, they said that they have no reservations and that I could not get a refund. Long story short this is a sketchy hotel and hotels.com try to fix it and they still denied the request. After I called them right after I missed my plane etc….. Beware of Miguel the front service personnel.

The stay at the Clarion was very plesant with efficient agents at the check-in desk, comfortable beds, a clean bathroom, and nice on-site restauraunt. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet and safe.

The lady at the front desk was so rude, the toilet wouldn’t flush until the water tank was completely full, clean but just outdated.

Good- showers stayed warm throughout, bed was comfy, microwave and fridge in room Ugly- outlets in rooms SUCK, its behind the bed, tv channels dont come in clear, no pool, no free breakfast, no ice machines, phones don't work in room, service desk is slow, we were cut in line.
