First night they put us into a smelly room but took care of it really for away and placed us in a much better room. The parking was very limited snd had to walk a distance with our luggage, wich sucked.

They don’t take you to the port on the weekdays now only weekends never updated there website and said that crackheads all over in the hotel young kids with smart mouths checking people in

I usually stay there every other month unfortunately it has changed no security guard people coming in that does not belong in the hotel and some type of drug interaction in the middle of the parking lot.

ok this was like my 11/12 times i stay here. but this time i was not happy with the room. the staff was friendly. but my room was like. tv work for only 1 day, other 2 days it didn't turn on anymore with no reason. the toilet cistern not filling and the bathtub water is not draining since first day i told the front desk. the guy there told me i will tell the team to fix it. when i come back later nothing fixed. and for all that i did.t get my deposit back.

Room was clean Place was quiet it was next to the MIA RUNWAY but it still was very quiet. Would stay again but there was confusion around the shuttle to port I was told when I checked in there would be one at noon I waited around …. No Shuttle Told SHUTTLE DRIVER CANCELLED?? REALLY UNACCEPTABLE I had no problem taking a LYFT just don’t like inconsistency
