The front desk staff was amazing at check in made us feel very welcomed and was very very helpful. Will definitely stay again 10/10. Room was nice and clean ac worked well. Very convenient and a great price for the location

Filthy bedding not changed since last guests - sheets and pillow cases had stains and blood and grime, door busted, lock did not work, latch hanging off, door frame smashed, bathroom damage and filth in most areas, all sealant broken and dirty. Online pictures make this place look great, but maybe this was 10 years ago, the hotel needs a major renovation and attitude changed. This is classic ‘clean to the minimum before complaint’. Avoid this place is my advice.

Very kind and helpful staff. Let me keep my bags in the back after checkout till late afternoon which was nice. Excellent N Miami beach location on Collins, near lots of restaurants, Walgreens, etc. Motel style building with 2 floors and outdoor entry. Decent, clean rooms. Only thing I didn't like was the old school type of connecting doors between rooms, which let a lot of the sound of the neighboring guests come through. Overall though, a good experience for the price. I would stay here again.

A decent place for the price.

We really liked the pool and it was a quick walk to the beach and a couple nearby restaurants. The room was decently clean. The beds weren't the most comfortable but they were fine for a night. The elevator had a terrible smell but it was an older hotel.
