Disappointed wirh rhe shuttle from airport to hotel. Waited 1 hour for the bus. Driver was rude when we said we have been waiting 1 hour. Said not my problem had to have a break. After a 10 hour flight not what we wanted to hear with his attitude. Reception was good friendly and understanding. Room and bathroom good Breakfast good also for what we paid for the night. Dinner was in a neighbouring hotel wich was Excellent.

The staff was fine, our room was clean but the hotel wasn't in the best area and there was nothing nearby for us to grab dinner. They did have menus to order in so we did but the food was just ok.

Stayed for 1 night because it was close to the airport and offered a shuttle service. Shuttle never came so ended up taking a blue taxi. Shuttle service is every hr. Heading back to MIA International was easier...but driver seemed somewhat rude....until he received his tip. Upon arrival...entering the ground floor the inside smelled clean and inviting. The 2nd floor lobby was very spacious and clean. Check in was smooth. Room was comfortable and the bed was most comfortable...not too hard and not too soft. Would stay again but only for and overnight.

I was disappointed that the front desk gave another guest the key to our room when they were looking for their friend. We didn't sleep or feel safe after.
