The rooms were ok. The shuttle service was bad. The drivers were rude. They shuttled once per hour while spending their free time behind the hotel doing nothing. They ignored people waiting to be shuttled in front of the hotel and just randomly left without them

Our room was not completely serviced when we arrived - we had 5 pillows stacked up with no cases on them and our phone did not work so I had to go down to the front desk to get more pillowcases. Then in the shower there was lotion instead of body wash. It’s fine for one night before a cruise because they offer free shuttles.

Nice location. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel AC worked and room had upgraded washroom but shower cabinet not comfortable fit for larger people.. very small. Otherwise room was clean and overall a nice hotel.

This hotel was very basic. The only reason I picked this hotel was for the free cruise port transportation which we didn't receive, it only offered limited seats ( which they should have made more clear..so check in early if you can if you want a spot). Also the breakfast lack options. The breakfast was one of the worst breakfast offered at a hotel that I haveexperienced. Also the shuttle at the airport was confusing. There were no signs to let you know which door to wait at...its 8 and 15 by they way. Not sure if this is on the hotel or the airport its self. Lastly do NOT order food from the menus under the door, they wil rip you off this was a huge red flag. There is a restaurant in walking distance which was okay. All in all this hotel was fine for one night...wouldn't stay again.

Rude staff member

Staff was rude and upset my wife especially the young Spanish guy at the front desk.Basically called my wife a lier and he wasn’t helpful in anyway.
