Shuttle too slow. No shuttle service to port. Limited shuttle, only 1 hence the reason i book the hotel because of shuttle service. Front desk stuff not friendly and giving wrong info about shuttle service.

Place was not clean upon our arrival at around 10pm. Hallways dirty, elevator dirty. The room itself could have been cleaned a bit better. To be fair though, the hallways were being cleaned first thing in the morning at 6am. Front desk staff member was very pleasant.

My room (405 )needs to be shampooed!! The room appeared to be vacuumed and overall clean however my crawling infant’s pajamas reflected differently. Also the shuttle options were not the best! Waited 45 minutes to get picked up from the airport, called twice and each time was told “he’s on his way just wait at either door 8 or 15”. Not once did the van stop at door 8 so your best bet is to possibly wait at the first door, 15. Super inconvenient when traveling with kids!! My Uber driver got there in 5 minutes with no problems to save the day. Overall, clean the room floors better and hire more transportation drivers for your customers.

I enjoyed my stay. I had my children with me and I found the pool to be unsafe, but everything else was good. We got to check in early. The room was spacious and had a couch and tub which was a plus with the littles. The staff was friendly and would stay there again. It’s a mc donald’s and a gas station right next door. There is a once an hour free shuttle. Hope this helps

Service needs work
we had a double booking so both stays was ok but the service needs work our first stay the young lady at the counter was not so friendly plus we missed out on the shuttle for our cruise based the info we got from her so we had to get a uber instead the second stay a gentleman at the counter we got assigned a room with the room key that was not vacant so we basely was trying to get in another guests room

Rooms are large and very clean. There were four of us and lots of luggage, but we were comfortable. However, the breakfast offered in the morning is basically all starch and sugar. Would’ve appreciated a bit more variety.

I couldn't find the shuttle and spent over 4hrs at the airport from floor to floor trying to locate same. I kept being sent to another number first was 22 then 15 then 8 then 14 till I finally found it. Even an officer couldn't give me clear instructions as he kept saying one should come soon as he dar over before. Poor.

Staff was friendly and helpfull. Booked the shuttle to the cruise port its first come first serve and cant be reserved until you check in. We were checked in and went out for the day I was told to call at 11:30 and get on the list. I called at exactly 11:30 and the time slot we needed was already booked. We had to take the earlier one which put us at the port an hour and half early. Its nice they have that amenity just beware its first come first served. The room was nice and clean. Would stay again if cruising from Miami

We got to the airport and we were told to call when we grabbed our bags and when I talked to someone on the phone we were told they did the shuttle till 12. We were misinformed and had to find a different route of transportation. With 3 kids and stroller and it being late it was more then inconvenient!!!
