I am so glad I booked this hotel for before and after our cruise! The had a free shuttle to the Miami cruise port, gave us a free late check out, spacious room with sitting area, comfortable beds and clean. I am so happy with our stay that i will be sure to book again in the future for any cruises we do.

It was a one night stay before our cruise. We stayed here because we had seen about the shuttle service but we got there at 9 pm so they gave us different answers about the shuttle service. The next day, we took an uber since there was no shuttles left for the time.

Pre cruise one night stay. Checked in at night and asked about cruise shuttle sign up. Was told to wait for the morning, and there was no sign up sheet yet. Went back for question on breakfast hours and asked again. Turns out there was sign ups already created by other guests but no spots left for time we needed. Our room was a 2 queen room first floor and found hair on sofa. It was a spacious room though and we had plenty of space for our luggage and stroller wagon. It was fine for one night and close to grab a late night meal/store run. Breakfast wasn’t the best, but something. Would stay again, but would call ahead to secure a shuttle spot.

The hotel was nice and clean. It was in a more industrial part of town, but there was a good sports bar within walking distance where we were able to watch the game. We were disappointed that the free cruise shuttle (the reason we booked here) was fully booked when we checked in (except for 4 hours before or 30 minutes after our cruise check-in time). I wanted to do a quick load of laundry, but the hotel had no quarters or change machine. The clerk did call “next door” (they had none) for me then suggested that I go to the nearby gas station (but I chose not to do that after dark and alone).

When we arrived in our room, it was very unclean. It had been “swept” at some point but all the dirt etc was just pushed into the corners of the room. A USED piece of gum and its wrapper were sitting right in front of the TV. AND someone’s piercing was laying on the bathroom floor.

pros- room was good cons- the main reason I booked this hotel was for the shuttle to the hotel and shuttle to the port, we waited over an hour for shuttle to the hotel and the only times they had for the shuttle to port was in the afternoon and out time was scheduled at 10;30am so we had to get and uber, very disappointed , also not a lot of room for breakfast,
