Breakfast was limited and was out of most things by 830am. Most staff speak broken English or very little English and cannot help you because they don’t understand or comprehend what you’re communicating. It was annoying.

Staff is wonderful hotel is okay for over night stay but a little dated! Airport shuttle was available and we experienced a comfortable ride. Gas station store at corner and subway as well otherwise delivery options. Staff gave us a early check in and that was a bonus.

Please fix this....

This was not good. I have an early flight, otherwise I would have left but found out too late. The shower was "spraying" and the water did not heat up, the A/c kept blowing cold when I tried to adjust (. Had a chilly night) and they missed the wakeup call ( it rang about an hour late).

We pick this hotel for pre-cruise stay. It is great that it provided pick up from airport and drop off at cruise port Didn’t realize the pick up location is on level 2 instead of outside of arrival There is NO restaurant around other than subway or pizza delivery
