The service was excellent, me and my family enjoyed our stay at your Hotel. Team member Ms. Stephanie and Mr. Carlos are amazing staff. The breakfast was constantly stocked. My only concern was the eggs and meats were too close in proximity, and there should be more than 1 waffle maker and a couple pancake stations woukd be nice... 10/10. Rating only because we felt safe the entire time. Also, it is centrally located for all your needs and wants.

Fitness center a disappointment

Sign for the fitness center said it was open until 11pm, at 9pm when I asked about the machines not working I was told I could not be in there because they were closed. The next morning at 7am, I attempted to use the treadmill, which was not working, upon asking, I was informed maintenance arrived at 8:30.

The staff was helpful The breakfast was subpar. Needs updates , the shower was borderline . Carpet in the room was not clean . When I made the booking the review said ( 9.5 Wonderful ) No it’s not !! It’s an ok 2.5 star hotel Plus I don’t like the fact that the room gets made up every other day I like a fresh room when I come back to my room after a day out , especially in hot weather. Not enough bathrooms In the lobby!!!
