Elevators and NO butlers

There is no butler so expect to bring your bags up the many elevators you will need to take to get to your room! No one helped with bags at all was the one draw back I see at this hotel. Due to the fact that there are many elevators you have to go on. You have to go up to the top, in order to go right back down on a second elevator to get to your floor/ hotel room. The pool is in a separate building but very nice. Just a third eleven you have to take in order to get there.

The faculty was top notch. Very clean and very safe. The bathroom was spacious and had an adjustable height wand which is helpful for those of vertically challenged folk.

Great service and very clean.

The place was clean and it had plenty of drinks in the fridge, staff was nice and attent, the pool was nice and clean the jacuzzi on the other hand was not hot at all . Other than that it was an awesome experience and will be staying again in the future.
