Juan Vazquez was absolutely excellent from beginning of check in to the end. Very pleasant, kind, great warmth. He delivered customer service at max and changed my room in which toilet clogged, to a different one without questions.

This place was very cute, clean, and comfortable. The lake view at breakfast was refreshing as well as the continental style breakfast being included. Excellent for the price point! My only complaint would be that my room key stopped working once but it was fixed quick and easy.
