Me and my wife stayed in Miami for a few days to finish off our vacations. To rest from the vacation. We liked our room nice clean, we slept really well. It was close to the airport, close to good restaurants close to the malls. We are definitely goingnl to recommend it to our family and friend. Of course we will be back. For our purpose it was perfect, we didn't use any other amenities like the pool. We slept went out came back to sleep ita was always nice and quiet not busy and loud.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in October for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert. It was a lovely hotel which was close enough to Dolphin Mall and other shopping areas. The lobby has a bar and a decent menu however I ordered mostly on Uber eats. I loved the friendly staff, especially Christine and Janay. A big plus was the convenience of the airport shuttle. When you arrive at the airport, you should call the hotel to tell them that you are there and they will send the shuttle for you. It may take up to 30 minutes in peak time but I appreciated it. Also, the day before you check out you should reserve the time you want to get the shuttle. It is efficient and drivers are polite. I was actually supposed to leave on the 21st October but my flight was cancelled and I just went back on the Expedia app and booked another night at this same hotel. And called back the shuttle to get me at the airport. The beds and pillows at this hotel are fantastic and comfortable. The rooms are clean and cosy. There is also a big spacious car park. The only con for me was the long walk to my room with my suitcases because one of the elevators was down. The rug in the corridors was not the easiest to roll the suitcases so it was a little difficult. But not a huge issue. The hotel is a bit dated but still an excellent choice for what I needed. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

I just got back from my stay at the Marriott Hotel, and I have to say, I was really impressed! From the moment I walked in, the place felt clean and inviting. The lobby had a nice vibe, and you could tell they really take care of the property. The room was super comfortable—plenty of space to spread out, and the bed was like a cloud! I loved how well-appointed everything was, from the cozy pillows to the nice bathroom amenities. It made my stay feel extra special. The staff here were fantastic! Everyone I encountered was friendly and genuinely helpful. Whether I had a question about the area or needed a little extra assistance, they were always ready to lend a hand with a smile. It really made a difference in my experience. I enjoyed everything about my stay—great amenities, convenient location, and a peaceful atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place to stay that checks all the boxes, I’d definitely recommend the Marriott! I can’t wait to come back!

I did not stay there and would like a refund. The online description of the hotel was misleading as I thought it was the courtyard at the airport. I waited for the promised shuttle for over an hour and enventually took the shuttle to the airport courtyard and checked in there. The shuttle driver had been sympathetic and helpful The booking process was also exploitative. When I indicated that I had made a mistake regarding the date, just minutes after so had paid I was made to pay for an additional night So I paid for 2 nights that I did not use

I only spent an evening at the hotel and came in agitated due to not getting the hotel shuttle from the airport. I partly took blame for this as I should have called the hotel. The irony is that other Marriott hotels shuttle drivers confirmed that a shuttle would be passing along the pick up point, but this never happened. After waiting for nearly 2 hours (stupidly) I eventually had to pay $40.00 for a taxi which seemed an inflated fare. As I was overnighting not much of an indepth review can be provided. However, staff reception was a positive highlight. Room was basic, but in line with price point. It was clean, bed was comfortable and everything in the room functioned well.
