Convenient dining choices on property. Pool and jacuzzi area is very nice and also nice welcome to Miami close to airport. Firm mattress where we prefer softer but clean room. We’ll be back!

Used this hotel before and after a cruise. Perfect from and to the airport with transportation. Then after cruise they stored our bags until room was ready and gave us an early check in. Would definitely use here aganin.

Comfy beds, great staff. Negative was no complimentary water urns or coffee in lobby. Fresh coffee is much better than the pods in rooms. Most hotels we stay at have complimentary coffee and water

We had no hot water for a shower in the morning. No apologizing just said they will let the manager know. Was supposed to get a phone call when room was ready. Finally called them. They said we were on a waiting list. Then they said okay no we forgot to call you. Wasn’t impressed.

The staff was super friendly and made check in easy, and even allowed for an early check in since I got there early, even though I wasn’t expecting for it. The pool area was very nice and the greenery outside made for a nice atmosphere. It was a quiet location, and the shuttle to the airport the next morning was very convenient.
