From the shuttle service from the airport, to the check-in process everything was effortless. The staff was very friendly and the property os very clean. We ate at the restaurant on the property and the food was good but expensive (but expected for Miami). We chise this hotel for out overnight stay before leaving on our cruise and I would definitely stay here again.

I never checked into the hotel. I made an error and booked a reservation while at the same time my wife booked another reservation at a different hotel through Expedia as well. I notified Expedia 10 minutes after my booking and they refused to either allow me to cancel or change reservation to another night. Not happy and will not use Expedia again in the future.

Paid as lot for a room we never could use..

The hotel wouldn't let us out of our non refundable room even though our plans and flights changed from Europe. I understand that we had a non refundable room but I've never had a problem before as a VIP level user on Hotels.com. So we never used the room they charged us for.
