Breakfast staff need retraining
Breakfast at $28 was expensive. The receptionist at the breakfast room entrance explained there was the choice of a breakfast buffet or cooked to order, either option was included in the $28 charge.. After being seated we decided on a cooked to order American breakfast. My wife went to the buffet and got a small bowl of fruit to start but when the server returned with her cooked breakfast she was very annoyed and told us we were not allowed to have anything from the buffet if we were having a cooked breakfast. I explained that the receptionist had told us this was ok but she wasn’t interested in my response. Some staff retraining would be beneficial.

Hotel it self is nice, clean, pleasant staff, close to airport and highways. The only thing I have a complaint on is the daily room service, apparently they recently changed their policy and only service your room every other day. We have stayed at this particular hotel numerous times and we had never experienced this, if fact we had stayed at this hotel in September and had no issues.

Very poor HVAC. My room was frozen all the time despite the temperature “showing” 82F on the thermostat. Parts of the building definitely showing its age.
