The hotel was in a great location. Easy access to local shops and restaurants. It needs an update. The carpet in the hallways is separating at the seams. The outlets to plug your chargers into won’t keep a charger plugged in.

Nice hotel and a very good value

I really liked this spot. The property was clean and well maintained. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Only complaints are the rooms ran hot (AC at 65 and still too hot) and no complimentary lobby coffee. They do have a Starbucks but I’m not a fan of overpriced coffee. I would stay here again.

Family 2 day stay

Front desk was very kind and helpful, offered ice water and cookies for the kids. Pool was nice after a long day at the Everglades national park. Rooms and lobby where clean. Great short stay before continuing our vacation elsewhere.

We stayed for two nights. The place is very clean and with a very nice smell all over the property. The beds were very good, not so much for the pillows; at least not to our comfort. Bathrooms very clean, although (at least in our room, needs a little maintenance. The toilet seat was loose and one of the hinges of the glass door shower was completely loose making it impossible for the door to completely close; therefore water would get out to the floor. For this reason I gave it a four out of five star as an overall.

We had a great stay, the hotel was clean and affordable. We had no issues the two nights we stayed except the toilet. We didnt like the low flow toilets. They barely flushed and we had a minor issue with toiket paper blockage and needed a plunger. Maintence took a few hours and we had to use the bathroom a few floors down by the gym. It was very inconvenient in the night to get dressed and go downstairs to use the bathroom. Other than that, our stay was good

Everything was really good except the ice machine didn’t work on floor 2. Only suggestion I have is mattress toppers and place couple of bottles of water in mini fridge. Front desk was very prompt and friendly
