When we got in the room, it was a smoking room and it smelled bad!! We had to go some where else and they could not refund our money because we purchased through Expedia.

We were in bed and someone else had a key to our door and partially opened the door when I screamed and they screamed. Very upsetting. Trash overflowing everywhere in outside bins. Do not stay here.

Deplorable!

We have stayed at Days Inn in the past, but have never stayed at one that was this deplorable. It is old and dirty. Stains on linens, cigarette holes in blankets, and towels that I would only use for my dog. Totally gross! Never again! I feel totally ripped off! 😡

Very terrible, leaks, dirty.

The toilet was broken from 10am to until past 11pm. They were waiting on maintenance to fix the issue but ended up giving me a different room after the toilet started leaking across the floor
