The staff was amazing the shuttle from the airport was a time saver and a plus they also had a shuttle to the cruise port this will be my hotel for all my future cruise travels

Make front desk clerk was not friendly and when I called on the phone he talked so fast that I could not understand what he was saying. The female disc clerk was extremely helpful, as she was able to change us to a different room because I felt unsafe in the location of the first room and the room did not have a microwave. She was great. Overall, the hotel location isn’t a very busy area, I did not feel safe in parts of the parking lot. They have multiple buildings, rooms were not that clean, they were bugs in our room, spiders, ants. This is a hotel I would not stay at again. Guests were very noisy, both outside our room in the parking lot, and what felt like next-door to our room.

This place is absolutely horrendous. Cockroaches on the floors, windows painted shut. The tub was half ass redone with mold in the sealant. A hooker cat calling men in the middle of the night. The front desk guy was very nice, very over worked and definitely underpaid. The shuttle took 2 hours because it was always full.

Twinkle at the front desk was great, she was very accommodating. Nice and friendly and she totally looked out for a lady that is a solo traveler, never experienced that in all my travels, shes caring and attentive. She is valuable and I hope the Hotel recognizes her.

Worst stay ever! Noisy smelly and no information. The only staff member that had a clue and was helpful was Matt! No information terrible location, the chlorine smell in my room was overpowering and hurt my eyes, hardly slept. One good thing was the complimentary shuttle to the airport which was 15 mins late. Pictures of the rooms and hotel must be close to 20 years old. 1 star

I have stayed here before many times and wrote a review about this hotel. It was positive then and it was now. The front desk person was amazingly professional! Anyone who's ever checked into a hotel wants speedy, courteous service. He provided it and some. Thanks.

Great for one night stay
This is a great hotel for a one night stop over to catch a flight or a cruise. The free shuttle service makes it good value. The room was very clean and the staff helpful with an earlier check in. The pool looked good. Unfortunately due to the closeness to the airport it isn't for light sleepers as also train horns at 3 a.m.! The TV didn't work despite a prompt maintenance man coming to check on it. Next door said they hadn't had TV for both their nights stay.

Good hotel, terrible Airport shuttle service
It was a good hotel and I experienced no issues with my actual stay. The staff was courteous and ensured myself and other patrons were taken care of. My flight through MIA was canceled due to weather and the airline booked on a flight the following morning at 6:30. Instead of trying to find a corner to sleep in the airport, I booked this hotel so I could get a restful night's sleep and travel to my destination rested and refreshed. My hotel experience was great for a budget-friendly hotel that was booked at the last-minute. My only issue is the Airport shuttle. After booking the hotel, I walked out to the shuttle area at MIA and waited nearly an hour (it was exactly 58 minutes from the time I went out to the hotel shuttle area until I saw the shuttle). Thankfully, January in Miami is in the 70s. Since my rebooked flight was scheduled for 6:30 a.m., I ended up having to get an Uber to the airport because the hotel's airport shuttle doesn't start running until 6:00 a.m. and I was not willing to miss my rebooked flight. So yeah, property was nice for what I needed it for--a place to shower & sleep--but the shuttle, I'll just say, expect to Uber or taxi to-and-from the airport.

Subway restaurant adjacent to office, 24-hour gas station next door and several restaurants and fast food in walking distance. Encountered a few issues however they did their best to accommodate and manager assisted to address and rectify problems. Shuttle service (3rd party) sucked both to/from airport and cruise port, however heard that problem from many sources for the same 2-day period.
