For what a person pays for the rooms, it was very disappointing and your photos compared to the actual room are not a comparison, it seemed like false advertising. The staff themselves were fantastic, but the rooms were not. I find myself being not too critical, I give accolades when due, the stay was not good.

Valet damaged my vehicle
The hotel was ok. It has a good location. We used the valet parking and later discovered a bad dent/scrape on the roof. We contacted the hotel and later told us our claim was denied because we had left the premises. Yes, we did not discover this until spotting the damage while fueling the vehicle. I guess we will have to hire an attorney if we want to pursue
