Room that I booked was changed, because hotel had a convention and we arrived a day after it started so they were fully booked and staff at front desk was not even apologetic about the change. I showed my email stating that I booked for 2 Queen beds and they said that it was Expedia’s fault and Expedia was the one who made the mistake. Front desk was very rude and just kept on saying No and not their fault, it would have been better if they were a bit apologetic and just own up to the mistake that was made, but both of them were very arrogant which made the situation worse, they shouldn’t be working in a hotel industry and the lady was even a minor and was extremely unsympathetic.

The Check-in is at 4pm. When you order anything from Amazon to your hotel it goes to a DHL office for a high charge. And it isn't easy to check in on the weekend and meet the DHL office open to get your item. Another hidden cost is parking. $15 Valet parking or $10 regular parking. When a conference is held at the hotel, expect to be in traffic for a long time.

Horrible communication. No manager on duty … We waited an hour for a van that never showed up . Called three times only to be lied to about the situation until finally said van was not coming to airport! Unacceptable! Do not stay here ! Hotel itself was definitely not a typical double tree . We enjoyed our stay at the property, we come here twice a year. The only thing was, that house keeping forgot to bring us new towels. They clean the room perfectly, they just happend to bring us new towels. When we came back to the room, we had to go to the front desk and request new towels. Im pretty sure they just forgot. Just wanted to bring up to your attention.

The place was very nice! Clean beautiful. My only complaint is the parking. You either have to use valet 15a day or park for 10 a day but not that close to the hotel. Starbucks employee wasn’t pleasant. But everything else was nice
