Older property attached to closed down building. Slow tub drain, very low water pressure. Staff just ok. Cookies never fresh and should not be served that way. Parking somewhat confusing and dishonest.

The service of the reception staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful, but the shuttle service was disastrous, very, very uncomfortable, since when requesting the service I was informed that every 30 minutes it made its trip to the collection area at the airport, I called 3 times and was told that it would arrive, after almost 2 hours of waiting it never arrived, I decided to request an UBER that cost me $24.00 in addition to my inconvenience.

The building was quiet but the staff is not good I was there for about no one never came to clean the room the hold 3 days I was there and I asked every day I left the building but came back in for the night and the room was still dirty all they gave us was clean towels each day we was there

2 workers came to my door and started playing with the locked, they didn’t knock and identify them self at all!!!!! They said they were there to change my locks on the door when that issue cause of been taking care of before I checked in at 8pm….. My Wife was terrified that sucks!!!! THEEEEEE WORST

The only complaints i have are the vending machine options were very limited, I would have liked a place to sit in the smoking area, and we wished there was a shuttle to Port Miami. Everything else about this property met or exceeded our expectations.
