The first one we were in was dirty and had a bad smell and the toilet was running so they had to change us to a different room. Then we went to the new room which was much bigger, but it was still dirty. It looked like it had a party in the maid hadn’t properly cleaned it. We came back the next day after our cruise was complete which was January 5 and the room they put us in was decent, but it still needed to be clean.

The curtains in the room were broken and the reception manager did not check my reservation properly and charged me more. I wasted about 2 hours calling you and in the end she charged me incorrectly and then returned my money a few days later. This is unacceptable.

The bathroom in our room was quite tired. I think it’s due for a rejuvenation. The front desk service was slow and the girls there were overworked There wasn’t enough staff to handle the guests coming in and leaving.

The property is clean and very close to the airport. Bonus is always the airport shuttle. I’m glad they have that. Check in was pretty quick and seamless. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom could use some updating but other than that… it’s perfect for an overnight stay or more.

I never did stay. I made an error in my booking and I came in on the 14th and told them of my error and asked them to cancel it which they did not then on the 21st while I was on a cruise ship I got a bill for the room. I tried to contact Hotels.com to ask them to remedy it and no answer still.
