The Hotel has seriously limited amenities, such as no in house store that usually offer basic necessities; our room had a small fridge that did not work, lights were few and thus dark and hard to see, staff was not familiar with the area and could not provide directions, etc etc Wanted to like it but just another airport hotel.

If you have early departure from MIA, want the feel of 5 Star at a 3 star price, stay here. Go have a meal at Miami Grill one blk away. Ask for Ronnie.

The hotel itself was nice, but I was disappointed that, for the price, there was no complimentary breakfast or even coffee available. We stayed on New Year's Eve and attended the NYE celebration, which turned out to be a huge letdown. The advertisement was misleading, stating that the dinner and party package was $150, and the party-only package was $100 (which included a 2-hour open bar). However, the dinner and party package did not include the open bar, contrary to what was implied. Additionally, we were promised a complimentary bottle of wine, but it took a long time to receive it because the waitstaff couldn’t explain how to get the red ticket for the wine. There was only one bar available for drinks, so even with the open bar, you'd have to wait in a long line and wouldn't be able to get many refills.

Rainfall shower leaking, one of the bulbs in the room is flickering, table in living room should be replaced. Overall, good hotel and is better than what I would expect from what I consider to be an airport hotel
