Very large upgraded suite. Lots of storage and clean room. View was the worst. We did not opened up our curtains. Bed was very high and mattress was uncomfortable. Bathroom toilet wasn’t flushing well. Too much pressure on the sink faucet. Water from shower comes out a lot and gets into vanity area. We had to use towels to mop each time we used shower. Shower fixtures have no water pressure. Ceiling shower head would not stop running water, no matter what setting we were using. We used all handle controls. We are builders and know how controls work. We did not complained as we were only there for one night. But these issues need to be fixed for the guests to enjoy the suite. We liked the setup of the suite but fridge was placed in an awkward place. It should be placed inside a built in cabinetry.

Friendless of the staff is always the thing that I look for and that was very evident of the staff at this hotel. I got an upgrade and that was so so helpful and welcomed. I'll be back.

The staff are amazing! We got to the hotel way before check in, but they still aloud us to use all the amenities and offered to keep our luggage until our room was ready. They also were apply to get us a room way before check in. The hotel is beautiful, super clean. We will definitely be back.

Also, a special thank you to the daytime shuttle driver. I’m so sorry I forgot your name, but your excellent communication and friendliness made my transition from airport to hotel seamless.
