Second time we stay and it will not be our last. The hotel is conveniently located, offers airport shuttle, rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable! And the restaurant food is delicious! 10/10 recommend!

I enjoyed my 4 day stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. I came during the hurricane and the elevator was out so they accommodated me very well. Airport shuttle was convenient although it did take an hour to pick up from airport, I also arrived late. Overall I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is out the way unless you drive no stores close by to you or restaurants. The staff is rude from the front desk to the kitchen and the housekeepers no speaker English I guess they can’t see and clean cause they have bed bugs I got bit on my ankles first and reported it to the front desk they change my room right next door got bit up again on my neck and face and arms then I actually saw a beg bug crawling on top of the bed ran out in the hallway to go to the front saw a worker and told her to come to my room she says is that a ant no b…. that ain’t no damn ant . I packed my stuff and went down to the front desks and because I wanted to leave and not except another room they act like I was doing something wrong nobody apologize to me one lady even said people travel from all over the place and stay here ok so does that mean it’s okay and you not responsible for the comfort of your customers. I just left before I went to lockup cause front desk lady was about to get it . SO DONT STAY at THIS HORROR HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hold on credit card not release even a week after checking out. Hotel needs better up keep. Patched walls not painted, refrigerator broken, and toilet running twenty minutes after flushing. This use to be a beautiful property. Wait staff Rosanna always a pleasure to see.

The kind ladies at the kitchen helped areange a pre-breakfast take away for me as i had an early flight. There is a shuttle to the airport, if you however miss it, you're faced with not a very comfortable 15mins walk to the airport in such high humidity. Facilities were nice and comfortable.
