This hotel is in an unsafe area. The houses in the area around it all have bars on their window. You have to use your room card to go up/down the elevators, or come into the building. I would NOT stay here again. I tried calling for a shuttle from the airport, it rang and I was immediately put on hold. After 15 minutes I used Uber. Got to the hotel and the girl behind the desk was talking to a co-worker with calls on hold. The had the audacity to tell me she just checked in a bunch of people. No you didnt, you lazy slob.

I ordered breakfast to go, but it took 25 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. I needed to catch the 930 shuttle, however, since the food took a while i didn't get to the shuttle until 932 and it had already left so they told me the next shuttle was at 10. I ended up taking a taxi.

Only dislike is was when the shuttle dropped off a crowd from the airport they only had one clerk at the front desk checking us in. After about 15 minutes a second clerk showed up.
