Transportation for shuttle was super slow I had to wait for an hour at the airport for shuttle….Staff took forever to answer the phone. Once I arrived the Hispanic lady was really rude she kept telling me about a 100.00 deposit before she even checked me in. Room was nice and comfortable but you definitely have to uber everywhere bc nothing is within walking distance. They also charge shuttle to take you to cruise port. Price is good
