Kasa broken in Miami Beach

The room had cracked floor tiles, and the window blinds were broken and/or inoperable. When it rained, the window above our bed leaked and sprinkled water on our heads. Overall, Kasa exhibited poor service in making restitution, only offering us a $95 refund.

Very cool virtual experience! Five minute walk to the beach, seconds from great restaurants and shops on Lincoln Road, minutes from Ocean Drive and South Beach Brewery!

The property was easy to access the instructions were easy to understand. It was right in the middle of a lot of dinning and shopping and a short 5-7 min walk to the beach. The beach chair were a plus everything was amazing My only issue was we paid 😊$135 for valet parking for our 3 night stay, but the hotel was cheaper than other ls that I saw so it balanced the price out. Parking is definitely an issue on the beach so having a valet was pricey but convenient. Definitely will be coming back

If you need extra accommodations then don’t even bother asking the place. You are on your own! Location is prime other than that it’s an average stay for the price you pay. I wish I had stayed at hotel with customer services for the price I paid! Overall 3/5.

In the heart of everything. We loved it. It was loud and noisy, but they provided ear plugs. Music stops at 2:AM. But it was perfect for us.
