Horrible customer service! The guy at the front desk even rolled his eyes to me. We ended up canceling the reservation and i haven’t received any email about the refund….. The worst part was that the day before, i called the hotel to let them know i was doing late check in and that i was traveling with a baby! I needed a crib. I got to the hotel at 11 pm and they had no crib in the room and I payed for the executive suite. I had to sleep with my 2 month old on the couch after traveling with 3 kids….. it was overwhelming and so tiring!

Room was cleaned every day.some of the staff were very nice.
Light blocking drape torn, could not move it up or down. 1st night called front desk. Repair man came.
2nd night, entire drape fell down during the night. 2nd repair man with a second man came to “fix” it. 3rd night, it fell again. That day another repair man can. Seemed to fix it. It still couldn’t be moved up or down, but at least it stayed up.

Tiene detalles como lo tienen los hoteles de alta circulación. Pero una de las cosas que hacen este lugar diferente es: el personal es muy amable. La forma como te atienden espectacular. Yo ahora cada vez que voy a Miami por negocios. Sin pensarlo llego a este hotel. Una cosa que quiero mencionar. Los desayunos son muy buenos. El restaurante en las noches es muy divertido. Definitivamente Marriot acertó con este nuevo concepto de hotel.

My stay at this hotel was highly disappointing due to recurring maintenance and service problems. The sink in my room was consistently clogged, toilet flush was not working properly, and despite reporting the issue, it was never fully resolved. Communication with the staff was difficult, as they struggled to understand my concerns. Customer service, both at the front desk and over the phone, was slow and unhelpful. The laundry facilities had a broken machine, and staff could not offer a solution. Also, the parking lot was always full, which made it difficult to find a parking spot. These issues should be addressed by the hotel.

It's my first time trying Element Miami Doral, and I am very pleased, feeling the value for my money: excellent staff, Cleanliness, and quality services. I will be there more frequently. One minor issue, I actually booked here because of the two bikes advertised. When I got there, it was only one bike, and while I was pleased with the simple process of using it, the bike was not working properly. It uses a belt drivetrain, and the belt keeps slipping off. I am sure it will be repaired by next month when I return.
