The reason for low ratings was staff billed me when I had prepaid directly with the hotel which was a major inconvenience when I boarded the ship. I had to call from ship to let them know of their error and person who answered phone would not connect me to the manager. Thank God I had travelled with another card for it took 7 days to clear from my card Room had many nicks in furniture which I notified management right away so I wouldn't be charged. Also we were given a room right in front of elevator front desk person just said their wasn't any rooms available at the time didn't offer us to wait til one became available. Cocktail reception put us in better mood. Singer was amazing

Plane trains and automobiles!! Why doesn’t anyone talk about the extreme noise literally all night. We got zero sleep, zero. If it wasn’t a 777 flying over it was the train and if the train wasn’t running then car lights and loud bangs kept us up. We requested late check out and some hall warden keep trying to open our door, she would pace around our door hitting it to annoy us to probably make us leave. We had a 1pm cruise boarding time. You will not get any sleep in this hotel, avoid

Why would a hotel next to the airport not sound proofs? You can hear all the planes take off and landing. Limited dining options unless you have a ride or you'll have to doordash it.
