Getting fresh towels or having someone empty the trash was very disappointing. It took until 4:48 pm one day just to get a housekeeper to give us fresh linens and that was after 2 days of going without.

Facility is at full capacity currently. There are many people here who have evacuated from the Gulf side due to Hurricane Milton and have pets. The facility has many areas to walk pets and there is several stations with doggy bags available. The atrium is large, relaxing and well appointed with outlets for phone charging, etc.
