I checked in late do to my flight being delayed due to weather. The elevator was broke so i had to carry my luggage up 3 sets of stairs to get to my room. It would have been nice if someone would have offered to do it since the elevator was under construction. The front desk worker was nice, respectful and warming other than that. The room had a weird smell and the bathroom toilet sat very low to the ground. Nevertheless,.smooth checkin, great location and comfortable stay. I would come again.

Absolutely great location, staff was on point. I arrived early n they still took care of me , clean hotel. Easy check in and out. Will definitely stay here and only here in south beach

I don’t know what was beneath our room but the floor just vibrated all night. Building is very old with no functioning elevator. I was very disappointed in cleanliness and the building. Staff was great
