No airport shuttle, no grocery or convenience store, no remote, no shower curtain, no cups, room smelled of Marijuana, no working elevators. I did not feel safe and do not recommend. It needs a lot of work.

The property is well kept for what it’s worth. However, do not arrive to check in on or after 11pm. The office is closed. Bring your own drinking water.

It was absolutely awful . I got to place to be close my surgery and the beds didn’t even have regular mattresses. There was suppose to be breakfast and pots and pans and there were none. Very dirty like they hadn’t cleaned it no blanket on one bed on top of that stains on pillows. Never would stay here again .

The breakfast sucked. Then actually didn't have any breakfast just coffee and tea. I was very disappointed for the price i was paying. I wouldn't recommend and I definitely won't trust the app . SMH!

Super terrible experience.
When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room which people still live in. Then they changed a room for me. The room is clean. I booked 2 beds room, they only gave me one bed room. They said included breakfast. Actually, only coffee. I drank the coffee without the coffee mate, my kid, 15 year old teen drank half cup coffee with the coffee mate. He started diarrhea. In a hour, he took over 5 time diarrhea. I believe the coffee mate was expired. We lived there for my kid's very important taekwondo AAU Camp. The diarrhea made him missed his morning session. I need to clean my kid's uniform. The 5 washers in laundry room can't work with VISA card. And the front desk can't exchange any coins. Kindhearted fellow tenants helped me exchange coins. Then I put the clothes in a dryer. After a hour, the clothes were still wet. The dry can turn on but no dry air. And the front desk can't support any hair dryer. My kid should take the wet uniform to his camp. Miss Mylane is a good and kindness . But the supports of the hotel are super worse. I choose the hotel because the breakfast. But it is super terrible. I would choose the Holiday Inn just cross the street with real normal breakfast, cheaper fee and better support next time. I never had so worst experience in my life.

I did like that it was very close to the Airport and a shopping center. The room was not ready and I was given the key to walk into a mess. The attendant was nice and upgraded to a room with two beds. Good size kitchenette but has a very old gas stove top. After 10:00 PM you can hear all outside noises, especially other guest/residents who apparently love to slam doors.
