There is hardly anything in the Breakfast. The front desk service is bad. Bathrooms are dirty and the sinks are very old with marks all over. Most of the things don't work in the room. There is no common rest room in the reception area. The list is endless.

We just came off of a cruise ship and needed somewhere to stay until we could get home. Our flight was scheduled for Tuesday and we needed a hotel room over the weekend. They had a room available and it was clean and comfortable. I thank everyone very much.

Horrible, we had to switch rooms 3 times and still left. The smell of mold was so overwhelming, and they had roaches. Then refused a refund.

The only good thing was it is close to the airport. I notified the hotel that I would be late checking in due to flight delays. They do not have 24 hour front desk, there is a phone at the locked door that I called and a very grumpy person took a long time to answer. The bathroom was quite dirty.

Front desk is locked and unattended when you arrive and you have to call someone. The room smelled dirty and the floors were filthy. We had to rewash our feet after showering. Room was outdated and dilapidated with no access to an elevator for luggage but staff was friendly.

I'm not used to leaving this type of riview but this has been the worst hotel I've stayed in my life and there have been many. Starting with, all the doors in the room were broken or defective, entrance, cabinets, bathroom, etc. The toilet lid was broken. Cockroaches climbed in the bathroom, the room stank of musty, the TV without a remote control. I had to take all the photos to show them in the lobby and not be charged. All those problems seams to be as is long time. I tried to change the room but since I used the bathroom for a minute they didn't want to change it. The first night in the next room there was a fight that lasted about four hours until finally someone called the police. In conclusion, a disaster. It's good for recording a horror movie.
