I'm not used to leaving this type of riview but this has been the worst hotel I've stayed in my life and there have been many. Starting with, all the doors in the room were broken or defective, entrance, cabinets, bathroom, etc. The toilet lid was broken. Cockroaches climbed in the bathroom, the room stank of musty, the TV without a remote control. I had to take all the photos to show them in the lobby and not be charged. All those problems seams to be as is long time. I tried to change the room but since I used the bathroom for a minute they didn't want to change it. The first night in the next room there was a fight that lasted about four hours until finally someone called the police. In conclusion, a disaster. It's good for recording a horror movie.

My room did not even have a blanket on the bed. Thankfully, I noticed a couple hours before I went to bed. They eventually delivered one. The room was dirty. I can’t believe they are charging 180 a night. Plus I know it’s near the airport, but it’s extra extraordinarily loud from 6 am to 10pm ish
The phone was so dirty. Table also had dust. Tav remote did not have a battery cover and they were put in the wrong way.

The photos of this property are a complete misrepresentation of what you’ll find there. I checked in on November 15th and was immediately struck by the strange odor in the lobby and my room. To make matters worse, my room was missing several essential items, including a shower curtain, a dirty bathroom, a remote control, and a garbage can. I was offered the chance to switch rooms three times, but each one was even worse than the last. Communication with the staff was also a major issue. They barely spoke or understood English, making it difficult to get my issues resolved. To add insult to injury, the key card I was given didn’t work in the lobby. I had to call the hotel multiple times to get my problems sorted out. Needless to say, I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. I tried to get a refund, but I was told that no one knew when management would be available. I’m not recommending this location to anyone.

At check in time 3pm. No blankets on either of the beds just 1 sheet. Told it would be about 3 hours. No teash cans in the room and body hair on the toliet seat, moldy shower and haie on the counter. Dog feces all outside on the sidewalks

Hotel was not as depicted in advertisement. I called to inform hotel my flight was delayed and I would arrive after 11:00 pm. I was told to use outside phone to contact night attendant, when I arrived there was no phone in the phone box. I had to stand outside and keep banging on to for someone to come check me in. When I arrived to room, it had not been cleaned there was spider webs and bugs in room. I was bitten and got swollen bumps on my body.

The property is well kept for what it’s worth. However, do not arrive to check in on or after 11pm. The office is closed. Bring your own drinking water.
