I didn’t like the area the facility is very nice, when I got to the property my wife didn’t like the area she felt somewhat uncomfortable. Right in front of the hotel instead of a beautiful area all this trucks park we thought we were in the wrong place.

Well I missed that the property on the edge of town still charged $10 a day parking...so I guess thats on me....Check in and front desk employees were nice. The breakfast pair had to be rousted my first morning....a manager walked in and literally it was a disaster, basically no food, horribly dirty and not a person there for almost 15 minutes. Housekeeping is hit or miss...mostly miss. On my first of 4 days, I saw they had missed a water bottle under the table. It says housekeeping every day but its more like every two and then between new groups. ...its not horrible but could easily be much better.

Clean, modern, large room - exactly the quality we have come to expect from Marriott. Front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and bent over backwards to accommodate an early arrival after a long day of travel. An absolute steal for the price, with super easy access for exploring the Keys and Everglades

We stayed here for a few nights to visit the area and the Keyes. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the grounds and hotel were clean. Only downfalls or things I did not like were that the charge for parking was never communicated ($10 per night) and they only complete room service every other day of your stay. Overall a quiet place to stay and comfortable.

I'd Stay Here Again
Clean comfortable room with free breakfast that was pretty tasty. The staff was so helpful, and the grounds were well kept. The location is excellent if you are visiting Biscayne or Everglades National Parks. No restaurant is on sight, but food options are nearby, but having a car is more convenient. Nice gym and pool is great even though it sits in the parking area. I'd definitely stay there again.
