Beautiful hotel, nice people, but slow on maintenance requests, (took 6 days for them to “fix” window shades so that we could see outside, stayed for 7 days). They say waffle maker is available on weekend mornings, not true. Otherwise it’s a very lame excuse for breakfast. Always running out of coffee. Staff is overwhelmed by the average amount of guests. There’s a less expensive and better facility next door, Fairway Inn. I booked this one by accident and decided not to change hotels, too much hassle, but I wished I did.
