The room was clean, the bathroom could use an update, kids were knocking on our door and running away in the evening but it was a nice stay, the room was clean, smelled clean, the location was convenient for our trip. We didn’t use the pool but it looked great. Loved that the ice machines were placed at each building.

The maid service was very poor. The bed was not remade, coffee supplies not replenished, air conditioner was verynoisy. Whe. We reported the poor maid sevice, the desk clerk sai, "Its not my problem, i just came on to my shift" When asked if someone could bring us more coffee suplies, we were told we could go get them. Most of all, i had requested a firat floor room and the hotel never responded and gave us a second floor room.with a walk up. No elevator.

There’s no water in the room, when we asked, they told we don’t provide. Also we take 2 queen bed for 3 people and it’s so congested. In small room, there’s 2 queen bed, washroom and dresser. I don’t recommend this property. Staff are arrogant. The phone was not working and we complained right way they told someone is coming, never showed up till we checked out.

We came really late 12:30am for check in, I received a certain room and key wasn’t working, went to front desk received another key wasn’t working again I was so tired I just called and someone came to check and his general key was not opening the door, he said for sure was somebody inside that room. I was moved to another room, it was clean but since you open instantly feel a bad smell, when I was in bed I realized it was cigar smell that I had it in my nose until I fall asleep, tub looks stain, the bed was ok to sleep, by second day smell thanks god was gone.
