This property was perfect. Everything was super clean. The bedsheets were super comfortable. The only thing that I would be concerned is the AC doesn’t cool down the whole room and we had to bring our own fan but other than that everything was amazing. The complementary breakfast was good. I saw a small roach when I was serving myself cereal but other than that, everything was perfect. I didn’t see any insects while in my room, though the staff was friendly. The cleaning staff was amazing. I am most definitely coming back to stay here if I’m ever in Miami.

I woke up to bugs all over my items in the bathroom. There manager would NOT refund my money. This place is terrible. Looks. Ice but aweful condition inside. And it has bugs!

When we arrived at the feont deak the guy checked us in and never once metioned when breakfast was or that the pool was closed. I was disappointed staying there this time. I had asked him where we could go swimming and he said the beach and i asked where at and he pointed south with no directions.

The continental breakfast is always good and reliable. I was also pleased to see major upgrades to the room since my previous visit (e.g new bathroom counter tops, new sufficient power ports for both USB and regular power connections). You'll want to bring your own $10 universal remote from Walmart to control the inputs on the TV if you want to connect/operate your Roku, because the basic hotel remotes don't provide the ability to change the HDMI input source.
